I purchased the 20x20 inserts for my 18" pillow covers. These inserts are great! They arrived folded in half and vacumn packed in a sealed plastic storage bag, which has a zipper. That bag is reusable for storing, and I'll use it to store pillowcases. I was a little dubious and wary as I cut open the packaging. When I removed the inserts from the packaging, and gently laid them down, they immediately filled out and expanded. These inserts are well made, with binding on the edges and they are in a zippered cover! They fit perfectly in my 18" pillow covers and are firm enough to fill out the covers. I am very happy with this purchase and will buy more inserts from this company when needed. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is a nice pillow. It’s soft, comfortable, and appears well made. My only issue is that it’s not nearly as full as the pictures make it look. I got an 18x18 pillow for the same size cover and in the future would probably get the next size up in the pillow (20x20) so it fills in the cover better or go with a fluffier pillow. I will say that I went with a fluffier pillow from another brand & the larger size for a couple of other couch pillows and my son thinks this one is the most comfortable to use (but the others display very full and nice). Guess it depends on your priorities: fluffy display or soft to lay on. ... show more

Once I unpacked the pillows in 24 hours they were nice and full not flimsy. I ordered a different brand pillows that left me deflated. I recommend these inserts and will definitely purchase more.
