This is a beautiful lighting fixture! Only thing I could say I did not like is the cord is too dark. A neutral cord would have been a better fit against a light colored wall. Eventually I am having custom cabinets installed and will hide the cord coming down the wall. Great product! Thank you!

This is a very nice light fixture especially considering the price. It is easy to put together . The cord that is provided is very long, this could be a good or bad thing. If you have tall ceilings its definately a plus. If you have more standard ceilings you will likely need to cut the cable to the length that you need, make sure to leave a little extra, then strip the cable sheath, and strip the wires within. For someone not familiar with this process it may be problematic. You definately do not want to try and stuff all of the extra cable into a fixture box as this is unsafe. Another nice touch is that they provide a white glove for installing the light bulb, you are not supposed to touch these types of bulbs with your bare hands, i believe, or maybe it just helps keep smudges and finger prints off of them. The instructions definitely leave a lot to be desired, the installation was quite difficult and there was a good deal of curse words flying while trying to mount the light to my fixture box. You will likely need some patience for that part. All in all its not a bad product, just bad directions and difficult installation. If you are pretty handy it will not be a problem. ... show more

This product appears to be very well made and was packaged with everything needed for installation. My husband did the install this morning and if you know what you are doing then cutting the cord to make it shorter is very easy. Our ceiling height is 9 ft. in the kitchen so it only needed a little shortening. I bought the Oak variation and it is metal that looks like wood. I have the wrong bulb in it right now in my pictures but didn't have time to get a new one yet. Replaces an old 5 light chandelier that came with our new home. Nothing wrong with it but it wasn't very interesting. Don't hesitate to order this. Wish I had ordered them for my pendant lights. ... show more

Only thing is that they metal bars are not made to be set in one place, so they can move around. Wish there were a way to have them "set" in place without to much add-ons to the lamp.

I honestly was expecting something very cheap looking for the price. When I took them out of the box and they were actually pretty heavy, I was shocked! I cant speak to the ease of instillation because someone else did that, but the rest is fantastic! My only issue was that the top isn’t as big as our old lights, so we have to figure out how to fill in the rest of the hole that was already there. Other than that, they are so great! ... show more
