So far I like the product- it's moisturizing and doesn't irritate my overly sensitive skin like many products do. However, I couldn't wait to review the dropper. It is awful, beyond awful even. I think the serum is too thick for it to work, so it doesn't suck any product into it. I ended up taking the little plastic piece out of the jar and I just pour it out. I know others have complained about the same thing, so I really hope they find a better packaging option.

I use this the morning after I’ve used my harshest retinol cream to soothe my skin. It helps restore my moisture barrier and really seems to make a difference in calming burning and redness. The texture is a lovely silky serum and it’s a great value for the money. I will keep buying this as long as I use a retinol, so probably forever!

Pattern Name: Brightening serum
I was breaking out from another brightening serum and thought this would be the saving grace but was disappointed. After trying it for over a month and over halfway done, the results were underwhelming. Did it help with breakouts? No, not really. Did it brightening my acne scars? Maybe slightly but vitamin c is the last ingredient on the list. My skin did fell hydrated and I will say it’s acne prone and sensitive skin safe, at least for me but at this point, I’m just trying to finish the bottle so I can try something new. It’s also expensive for the amount that you get, although a few drops goes a long way as it’s lightweight and not sticky. I’m just looking for something that brightens well and worth the value.

This is a great product. A very good value. My skin feels so good after using this. I use the PKY Moisture Serum after I apply the PKY essence toner. I could probably stop there, but then I do the PKY calming moisture barrier cream and I'm set! I like to mist a moisturizing watery toner in between layers. I am hydrated, moisturized, and my skin feels great. Not greasy or heavy, just perfect. I used to get really tight skin around my cheeks at my workplace due to the dry air there, but since I've been using PKY products I no longer dry out during the day. This routine plays well with sunscreen and sheer foundation, no pilling. No scents. Good for sensitive skin. I have dry and sensitive skin that is prone to irritation and redness and PKY's products are great, and are a great price too.
