I've only had them for a few days but I love them that I ordered 2 more. I like how large the 8 cup is and how much fits. It's summer so I cut up a lot of melons and this holds 1 whole cantaloupe no problem. I also meal prep and it held a whole package of pasta. Would definitely recommend.

The fact that the Container was made in the USA is very important to me. The container itself is a great product, but the locking devices on the lid lack a lot to be desired. They should be hinged instead of movable vinyl

I bought the 2 cup rectangle dish and it is the perfect size for my chunk-kitty's kible dish (yes, he's a really big cat.) This dish fits his feeding much better than a round, shallow dish. Plus the rectangle shape keeps his whiskers from rubbing against the edges.

    • lids works well; can it go in the oven?

This is a review of Freshlock 2-Cup Small Rectangular Glass Food Storage Container, Airtight & Leakproof Locking Lids, Freezer Dishwasher Microwave Safe 

I chose this container because it is glass, specifically pyrex, and it has an easy clamp lid. 
 Note that many similar containers look like they have easy clamp lids, but the lids do not work after the first week of use — I have so many with a lid that at least one clamp will not close. But this lid closes easily and well.
 I’ve been trying to transition from plastic containers to glass or metal containers, and it has been a hard transition. This is a good compromise between no plastic and all plastic. Here, only the lid is plastic and it doesn’t touch the food.
 Pyrex has been a staple in my life, mostly in measuring cups and brownie pans, so I trust this brand and its ability to withstand both hot and cold (though not a quick transition between hot and cold).
 This is a very useful size for me. I can store a leftover that can feed just me or can be a side dish for me and my husband.
 I am confused about whether the glass part of this container can go in the oven. Most pyrex can, but the listing doesn’t mention the oven. It says: “Containers are top-rack dishwasher, freezer and microwave safe.” No oven is mentioned. I checked the pyrex website and it says the same thing. The pyrex website adds a separate list of where the lid can go safely: “BPA-free lids are top-rack dishwasher, freezer and microwave safe.” This is not a deal breaker for me since it is such a sturdy container, but I would like it to be clear since some leftovers are best reheated in an oven and I'm used to baking in pyrex. . . . so it does make the product lose a star from me.
 Overall, I do like this container and am glad I have it. 

(Note that there is some confusion in the listing, which says that this is a 2-cup container that has a 4-cup capacity. That doesn’t make sense. And I thought it was a pack of two, but only 1 container-plus-lid arrived. Oh well, it is a good product — but know that only 1 comes . . . .) ... show more

This glass container is perfect for storing meal. The quality is great. The container is air tight and leak proof too. It’s freezer, microwave and dishwasher safe. Perfect size, Highly recommended.
