I'm a filmmaker so I do both camera and sound. I use these fishing weights to put lavalier mic wires down someone's clothing without reaching inside, so I respect their personal space (esp of people of the opposite sex). Pro sound people use the Magic Bullet, but they are PRICEY AS HELL (over $100? Seriously?), plus they are shaped like a bullet so they get stopped by TSA at the airport all the time.
