It summer and we needed a new portable speaker for the pool and back yard. After searching various models I chose the Pyle Portable Bluetooth 100w speaker. It is full of features, we love the bluetooth connection to our phones for Sirius XM but what i really love is the micro SC card slot so I can load up MY music on a card and it plays all day long. The battery life on this speaker is INSANE too, we charge it up and it runs the entire weekend, providing non stop great music. I really like the compact size, its small enough to fit in any carrier but the big sound is awesome. WIthout a doubt, I highly reccomend the Pyle Amplified Speaker. ... show more

    • Its not a high quality speaker but it has nice boom.
Cons: The sound quality does not compare to high end products, but this is not a high end product. For the price the sound is decent but I would not want to push the bass because it distorts about half way up. The buttons look cheaply made. Otherwise it's a really good product. Pros: It has a simple design that anyone with tech basics could use. You power it on, go into your bluetooth on your phone and poof you have sound. The Usb drive works amazing and the FM radio was a nice touch. The instructions included in the manual were easy to follow. Overall for the price it is a really good buy. I would have given it a 5 star if I wasn't concerned I would blow the speakers if it gets to loud. ... show more

The good I have been shopping at Amazon for 22 years now and this is the first time I'm writing a review for any product because I felt compelled. Over I'm happy to say that shopping at Amazon has always bern very pleasant experience for me. The bad This is the first time I have ever purchased a Pyle product and I have to admit that I not only fell for it by the looks of it but also for the price because that price I paid. I just thought it better be good for that price but boy I waw wrong or what? Unfortunately when I tried it the first time I felt deceived and swindled as if I fell for the con artist's scheme and lost a substantial amount of money. The ugly For starters Pyle Bluetooth speaker is only good for news it just isn't made for listening to the music. Looking at the size it has no bass at all, the max volume is so low that one wonders if there is need for additional amplifier to go for it. My honest opinion is to refrain from buying this Pyle Bluetooth speaker cause you would be much better flushing your money down the toilet. ... show more

I bought this to use a 3.5 audio cable. But......the power cable and the audio cable can't be plugged in at the same time!!!!!! They are WAY TO CLOSE! You can only plug in one or the other. So I hope you don't need power and the audio cable at the same

Great for listening to music in a classic car. We own a 1964 Ford Falcon convertible that only had a AM radio and this is portable and easy enough to enjoy the music both my wife and I like to listen when going out for a drive. I needed to replace the boombox that I use for my laptop speakers, and it was difficult to find one with features I require. I will not have a "voice activated" device in my home, I do not ever use bluetooth, and my speakers/boombox never leave the arm of my couch and stay plugged in to power source and aux 24-7, so I thought this one would work. I was happy it was made in the USA, but whoever designed this thing never put it to real world testing, it seems. The first problem is charging cable and aux cable sent with it are way too short and wouldn't reach, so I was happy to use my much more robust cables. Sadly, the charging port and aux port are so close together, my son had to destroy my charging cable by shaving off plastic and he still had to force them in the ports...they're crooked and likely won't last very long. Second problem is the volume buttons. They're very hard to operate in the dark. I listen to audiobooks at night and it's a pain to adjust the volume with these tiny buttons. I can't even remember which is up or down, so it's a guessing game. Third problem is the sound only comes out the end, so I have to set this thing on my computer desk, pointed at my head so as to not disturb my husband while he's sleeping, which means it can't sit on the arm of my couch...the "feet" on the bottom doesn't keep it there very well anyways, but ugh...the sound isn't what I'm used to from one little tweeter, it's not coming from the "right" direction for me and I've just been nothing but disappointed since I opened the box. I bought this for myself for my birthday...so, yeah. Here I am, shopping on Amazon AGAIN to try and find the right speaker to fit my needs and I'm just going to let my son have this one.
