My teenager was demonstrating some tunes to him on it and it sounded nice, inspiring my nephew to start learning a few chords already. The guitar required tuning on arrival, but the included tuner made doing that easy. The set includes everything one needs to get started. It seems to keep its tune well and doesn’t need frequent re-tuning. I think it sounds good, it has the familiar warm tone of a nice acoustic guitar. This guitar comes with a lot of other extras, which is an incredible deal for the price, including picks, extra strings, polishing cloth, strap and case for extended storage and portability to lessons. For the money, it’s awesome! I can honestly say I paid twice as much for guitars. I didn’t like as much as this one. The only thing I would say is the first upgrade should be to get some good strings. You put top notch strings on anything and you’re still gonna sound good.

I just got it so I don’t know the long term condition but so far so good! Good for its price, and sturdy. Also good for beginners, it was a little dirty and the edges of the guitar a little chipped, but that fine for me it works! Thank you!

What a piece of junk this thing is. :( So disappointed. It arrived with a big chip of paint missing from the back of the guitar. I figured I would keep it since it was only $80. I tried tuning it and as soon as I would get it in tune it would immediately go out of tune. All the tuning pegs are broken. This piece of junk is going back. ... show more

Bought this as a Beater guitar. Not bad but wouldn't hold a tune. Bought new tuning knobs for $9 and replaced the cheap strings with Fender strings and it is a great sounding box! For the money and something you can destroy and not be to mad about! Worth every penny. If tuning knobs would have been better and strings of good quality it might have gotten to a 4 star review! ... show more

Its a Steel String, full sized Guitar. I use it for gatherings so my Stage Acoustic doesn't get abused. I used the strings for a couple weeks but then i paid for some quality Strings Locally. Now it actually sounds real good. My buddy is very accomplished and he said the Included strings are good for learning they held tune as long as he didn't bend notes hard. For this price point you will have a very hard time trying do better. ... show more

This guitar may be a beginner but as an intermediate guitarist i can truly say this guitar is a full size and weights just like a Fender Acoustic! The tuning was simple and straight forward. I do recommend to change the strings from the factory strings to strings of your choice. I believe this appearance is a bright and melodic color as it really suits a calm room.
