Had to return the 1st but, this is beautiful. Very good looking, nicely done. The 1st one, the strap button on the bottom looks like it got hit on the ground or something maybe during shipping so the paint was chipped around it. But, I got in contact and they shipped out another and the return was easy. This guitar got tuned, played slightly, then hung up on the wall (more for decoration). For the price (Under 160 at my time of purchase, it seems like it works for what I need it for). If you're looking to play this, just know that (at least on mine), the frets are slightly hanging over the board and are sharp. Scratches my fingers as I play. But I plan on playing it but minimally. So for my purpose I give it 4 stars, if I were going to do more playing I may have rated a 3 but just need to take it in to get the frets filed. Overall, it sounds nice, I haven't used/ had it long enough to know if it will stay in tune or know any longevity. Again, for my purpose (more for decoration, and slight play, it looks great). ... show more

Did not st started calling the company immediately this was two days two or three days before Christmas. They were out of the office we tried after Christmas. They were out of the office. We tried after New Year's for about three days. Finally when they answered they said they couldn't do anything about it. Horrible horrible horrible company would never buy this item. More so it was probably an easy fix on their part but their customer service would get a zero out of five stars for me I mean might not have been the most expensive item but for $170 it should've at least worked once nothing from the minute it came out of the box I suggest not buying it because if there is a problem, you won't get any help at all Amazon is replacing it. I ordered a different one from another company and hoping that that will work for him. He was so excited to get it that I gave it to him before Christmas now he's had to wait all this time. No visible damage or defects noticed. Seems everything is tight and well put together. The IOS tuner app works well although there is only a single 1 star review on it and the main complaint was the free app costs too much!?! Ooook! I’d add a better review but Apple says since I’m on IOS 26 beta I’m not allowed to. All things considered I’m surprised this doesn’t sell for close to $300. If I have to leave a critique I’ll agree with others that pointed out the guitar strap quality worries me and I’ll be replacing it, but it really feels petty saying this. I would definitely recommend this to someone who is thinking about getting a guitar. The fact it’s from a known name brand is just icing on the cake. ... show more
