Guitar is cool. Sounds good on a different amp. Amp that was included is defective. Terrible crackle makes it unusable. Also, sometimes it goes dead completely. Love the guitar, will be contacting customer service about the amp. Edit....customer service was great. Offered return and refund, replace and return, or partial credit for defective amp. BUYER BEWARE. The product advertised is not the same as what I received. The guitar dimensions are much smaller than the product description. This guitar is built more for a child than an adult. Pro: Overall quality of product was good, no issues. Great action on the frets and comfortable to play. The quality of tone is what I would expect from a much more expensive guitar. Cord picked up electrical signals which caused a static. I advise that even though it is a cheap, beginner set, put a decent cord in so that people don't think the whole kit is junk. The guitar is actually nice for a stater kit. Amp is cheap but good for just starting out and upgrading will be needed later. ... show more

It's not bad for the money. It did come very fast, how ever it did come in the wrong color. My grandson was happy just to get it so I let the color go. He is nine years old and it should be a good stater .

I was extremely skeptical as anyone would be... but! it’s so great😭 I love it 🥰 I’ve never had an electric guitar before so this was a super cool experience; unboxing, tuning and all✨The packaging was super lightweight so I thought there was something missing lol but nope everything was there and the amp is “tiny” but mighty. The guitar pictured - black, red, grey sunburst- is not the one that I received. The amazon webpage description, the manufactures box that it comes in, and the pictures of the amplifier all say it has a 6.5" speaker. There is actually a 3" speaker in the amp that I received.
