Worked great. I ran some trials testing their settings and trying to find the best Glowforge settings. They suggest 356 for 2 minutes. The cut one is the manufacturer instructions. The green has more vibrancy and detail but everything else is the same in the 60 second example on the left. If you are just transferring black or not a lot of color you might be able to do less time. I used a 15x15 heat press with pretty firm pressure. Worked great. Glowforge settings: I have the OG Kickstarter Glowforge and the settings that cut through with the least flame and burn was Thickness .125 @ 200 speed Full Power 2 Passes. After you remove their plastic overwrap AND the plastic stuck on the front if you want it really clean out masking on it. Otherwise, you can just easily wipe it off with alcohol. It was still very lightly brown around the edges but I don't think anyone would notice. I did not mask my example one. I just wiped it off with 91% alcohol. The very thin loop at the top of the ornament is still incredibly strong even though it's really thin. I would not be concerned to hang it from that loop. Looking forward to making more stuff! Hope this helps anyone using a Glowforge to cut. Be sure you remove that practically invisible protective plastic after you remove the overwrap plastic or you get melted fun.

I’m really impressed with the quality and value of this 24-pack of sublimation MDF boards. As someone who frequently uses a Glowforge and Xtool machine for custom crafts, these blanks were exactly what I needed! ✅ Perfect Size & Thickness: At 11.8" x 11.8" and 1/8" thick, these boards are a great standard size—easy to handle and cut down for smaller projects like coasters, ornaments, or signage. ✅ Sublimates Beautifully: The white surface takes sublimation ink very well. Colors come out vibrant and sharp with no bleeding or fading. I got professional-level results using a heat press at the recommended settings. ✅ Laser-Friendly: They cut cleanly on both my Glowforge and 40W Xtool. No charring or burning, and the edges stay smooth. ✅ Excellent for Bulk Projects: With 24 boards in a pack, it’s a great value for small business use or craft fairs. I’ve already made custom holiday ornaments and matching coaster sets, and I still have plenty left! Highly recommended for crafters, small business owners, or anyone into DIY sublimation projects. I purchased this because I have bought PYD items several times, and they are pretty good. However, I am pretty disappointed with this item. The items I received are not 3mm thick. I have ordered smaller packages of their MDF board, and it was much thicker. I have already cut some of the board, so I won't send it back, but I won't order it again. Especially at the price.
