I'll be happy to update my review once this is resolved. I have sent an email with photos to customer support. I bought this 2 months ago, so sure enough it's out of the 30 day return window. Half the heating element is shot. It's bubbled up & producing black smoke. I was afraid of this because all the bad reviews have this same issue. I really hope customer service pulls through for me. For a $200 press to croak 60 days later is ridiculous. I've pressed at most 25 mugs, libby glasses, tumblers. I have orders to fulfill & I am not happy....

It gets the job done but I prefer my Heat Pess Nation Signature Series presses. To me, the power cord is on the wrong side.

I had to purchase a new heat press to press some 40 oz. travel tumblers for a customer. I wasn't paying attention and thought my other press would handle it. I was wrong, I didn't realize that the max size was 30 oz. So, after brief research I found this press. It was priced well, and the promised delivery time worked in my favor. Got the press in hand and my wife made short work of 25 travel tumblers. It is a great addition to our stable of 7 other heat presses. I would highly recommend it to anyone for price, delivery, ease of use and it doesn't take up a lot of space.

So, I bought this last year. I finally put the 30 oz heater in and It looked like it was a tapered heater. I was getting ready to ship it back but I waited. Im glad I did! Finally, today I reinstalled the 30 oz. heater. What I was doing wrong before was attempting to adjust the pressure knobs while the heater was wide open. Old lady moment! I realized I need to tighten both knobs up until the press couldnt move then put my tumbler in and then adjust the pressure. I love it now!!!
