The media could not be loaded. I really liked how I can work with these push up board. It has an indication which muscle group is being used during workout and because of that I was able to know which part of my body needs to train more than the other. I am a petite lady but this still works. I also like the other bands that go with the workout equipment. It also comes with a guide/instructions on how to utilize it well. This is an amazing workout board that is great for every type of fitness level. My husband, teenage son and I are all able to share it and create the perfect workouts for ourselves. A few of our favorite attachments/ workout gear are the handles for pushups, the bar for squats, and the bands for leg workouts. Another amazing feature to this board is that it folds up very small and fits into the provided bag, along with all the accessories. This push up board is a great upper body work. Easy to place and use wether your at home or on the go. It has a travel bag that comes with it. Also comes with resistant bands. After use of a few days I may not see results but I can say it's nice to use if u have wrist issues. It's handles leave your hands off the ground.
