I just received the mattress and haven’t used it yet. When it arrived on my front porch it looked like it had been in the back of a truck on a gravel road for several hundred miles. It was covered in in thick dust, I'm very unhappy!!!! May teturn it.

I bought this bed about 2 yrs ago. Mattress sucks. I have a sinking middle part. Tried flipping the mattress several times.I bought it when I had my other account so now it won't show I actually bought it.no support at all. My back hurts all the time . It's a queen sized mattress.

I chose this mattress because of several reviews calling it "too firm." The company describes it as 'medium-firm'. People under 150lbs may not compress the grid at all, but it does a great job for anyone closer to 200. The NewDay is perfect for me.
