I purchased a Purple mattress from Amazon, trusting their highly-advertised "easy returns" and "100-night trial." BIG mistake! After realizing the mattress wasn’t comfortable, I tried returning it—only to find out that Purple refuses to handle Amazon returns directly. Now I'm stuck paying a return fee out of pocket. Even worse, Purple informed me there's a mandatory 21-day minimum use before you're even eligible to return it—something that's conveniently NOT disclosed anywhere on their Amazon storefront or product page. Sneaky tactics like these aren’t what I expected from a company with such strong claims about customer satisfaction. If you're considering Purple through Amazon, double-check every hidden detail—or better yet, buy somewhere else. Very disappointed and feeling completely misled. 🚫🛌💸 Definitely would NOT recommend.

I just received the mattress and haven’t used it yet. When it arrived on my front porch it looked like it had been in the back of a truck on a gravel road for several hundred miles. It was covered in in thick dust, I'm very unhappy!!!! May teturn it.

This mattress is very thin. I did not expect that & the bottomof my headboardis visible. I almost feel like it is a mattress topper rather than a mattress. It is comfortable but does not work for a slay frame. My deep pocket sheets do not work with this mattress.

I chose this mattress because of several reviews calling it "too firm." The company describes it as 'medium-firm'. People under 150lbs may not compress the grid at all, but it does a great job for anyone closer to 200. The NewDay is perfect for me. My hips sink into the grid a little, but I still feel supported.

Way better than our 3 year old Helix Moonlight Luxe. Wife is a side sleeper and no longer has elbow pain. I sometimes sleep on my side and occasionally still have my elbow fall-asleep, but not as bad as the Helix was. Wife is 30, 140lbs, 5'7". I'm 31, 170lbs, 5'10". I believe the Purple Restore is the public version of the Costco Purple Renew that we got.
