I’m rough on my pillows, most do not last a couple of weeks before the filling is split down the middle. I divided to give the purple a try, because of their reputation. When I received the pillow, I noticed the texture was quite different then other I’ve tried. I felt like a waffle when running my finger across it. Somewhat skeptical, I used the pillow that first night. I found it to be quite comfortable and slept well. Now, after having the pillow for a while, it continues to hold its shape and support well. I recommend spending the money and getting the quality pillow.

This pillow is great! I am a tall person with broad shoulders and have had a hard time finding something that is cooling, comfortable, doesn't stink of chemicals for too long, and doesn't need a second pillow to raise my head to a good position. This one fits the bill. I bought this and a popular foam module, the foam is not terrible, but it stinks so bad after almost a week it is now outside with the sun in hopes of salvation.

I have been looking for a long time to find the right pillow. Returning so many of them. This pillow just happened to pop up on my amazon account and I think this is finally the right one. My head sweats so bad on other pillows, but this one keeps me cool that I don't sweat. It's so comfortable the cushion is just right. I don't have neck pain or shoulder pain, I just can't believe this pillow. I am able to sleep so much better. This pillow has helped so much. It's expensive but I will pay whatever just to have the right pillow.

OK so this is an expensive pillow, but it is actually worth the cost. I mean, it helped my neck pain immensely so what’s that worth? I do especially want to mention the excellent customer service. Sometimes you come across a company that just stands out for being great. I’ve dealt with Purple a couple of times (another pillow) and these people are so easy and so pleasant that it just makes your day better.

I’ve tried a lot of pillows over the years, but the Purple Harmony Pillow really surprised me—in the best way. I got the tall version since I’m a side sleeper, and it’s been perfect for keeping my neck aligned without feeling too firm or too soft. The support is just right. What really stands out is how cool it stays throughout the night. No flipping it over, no waking up sweaty. It’s like it has built-in air conditioning or something. Overall, I like it a lot. I feel like Goldilocks on the hunt for the "just right" pillow. This is not it. I have literally spent $2500 on pillows in the last 2 years. I am a side sleeper. I am also a side sleeper that flip flops in the night, just never staying in one place. This particular pillow is fine - it holds its loft, but its flat, its flat like a pancake that bounces. Ooh, ever make a Japanese style pancake? That's this pillow, but heavier. I don't have an issue with getting too hot sleeping, but this pillow is apparently known for staying cool and I wake up cool, so that's great! Quality seems to be good - but it flops. So you pick it up and it doubles over on itself, which is fine, just explaining the "experience". Is it worth $225, absolutely not - I have cheaper pillows that provide similar support (flat and floppy), might not be as good of quality, but if the sleep is not improving this becomes not worth the cost. I think there is one considered "high", I have the "medium" - so I would opt for the "high" next time to see if that gives me a little more loft. But no way I want to invest $500 on a pillow brand that isn't quite cutting it the first time.
