I bought this Purple Cloud Pillow on Black Friday as a gift for my son-in-law, and he absolutely loves it. It’s soft and plush but still supportive, and it holds its shape really well without going flat. He mentioned that it’s very comfortable for his head and neck and that it feels light and airy instead of heavy. It’s also nice knowing it’s hypoallergenic and doesn’t clump up like some other pillows. This ended up being a great purchase and a gift that actually gets used every night. High quality Pillow!

I wanted to wait at least a month before I reviewed this pillow. I have been searching for the perfect pillow since 2007. I had a Temperpedic pillow that I absolutely adored, but I made the worse decision and washed it and it basically fell apart in the wash. Since then, I have been on the hunt for the same comfort and it took until last month when I found this pillow. Now, I'm a side sleeper and I initially wanted this pillow because my mom and stepdad got a Purple Mattress and the pillows were thrown in for free. My mom asked me if I wanted to try her pillow and if I liked it she would get me one for Christmas. So I slept on her pillow for about 3 days and I loved it! So when I received my pillow, I noticed it was more full and dense than my mom's but I figured it's because they slept on theirs for about 2 months and broke them in, but...for some reason after a month of sleeping on mine it's still very big and a lot firmer than theirs. I'm not gonna lie, it is kinda hard getting used to because of all the years of sleeping on flat pillows, but I can tell that this pillow was made very well and it has a good weight to it as well. I'm still confused as to why their pillows are kinda floppy and soft when you pick them up and mine is more dense and high. But, Im still happy I got it!

Cradles head and neck well, no more pain!

I have used a purple honey comb pillow and I do find this one a bit softer, it is a little low. I ordered medium hight and the single not the double zip pillow. I think I would have enjoyed the double a bit more. I will also be purchasing the honeycomb grid as well. But for the sale I got I am happy and honestly my neck and shoulder pain is gone. My biggest complaint is it is to to low but I ordered it that way. Most important part is I am not having anymore pain! Not as soft as feather down but dose seem to cradle a bit better. I do recommend!

Great product, doesn't last.

This pillow was perfect the 1st month I slept on it. It accommodated side sleeping and sleeping on my back very well. My neck pain was gone completely. It felt great waking up without any pain. The reason for the 3 stars is that you have to buy a pillow every 6/8 months. Mine is flat and uncomfortable before a full year of use. I noticed it around the 6 month mark that I was having neck pain again but it was manageable. I figured I pulled something at work, but now it's been 8 months or so and I've had a couple easy weeks at work and noticed the pain is there every morning. Its also hard to get comfortable enough to fall asleep, constantly adjusting this pillow in the middle of the night. Its so flat now. This pillow is a great pillow, but it doesnt last and for the price I would of expected it to last longer.

Okay at first, then I had to stop using it

I have been using a My Pillow pillow for several years. After seeing the Purple Cloud Pillow, I wanted to give it a try. There are several types of Purple Cloud Pillows, so I selected this model to try. The pillow seemed comfortable for the first several nights, then I started to get a pain in my neck. After about one week, I had to stop using it and went back to my other pillow. A few nights later, the pain in my neck went away; so, it seems that this Purple Cloud Pillow will not work for me. Disappointed that this did not work for me. A Pillow is a personal preference and some people may love the Purple Cloud Pillow; however, I cannot use it.

I finally got a comfortable pillow

I have nerve damage in my neck and in my head and I probably had a dozen pillows and I don’t use them. I can’t lay on the back of my head so I have to lay on the side. This one holds its strength doesn’t collapse under my weight. It may be too firm for some, but it was just right for me. When I lay My head down the pillow doesn’t sink to the mattress that’s the type of firmness. So my head is laying in like inside the pillow. There’s pillow under me and cushion around my head. It’s hard to explain.
