    • Perfect even for the most pretentious and picky cat!

1 2 3 4 5 At first glance, I was very surprised to see how my extremely picky cat went right for it. He definitely loves the taste without a doubt. It has only been a few days so I need more time for observations to see if there is actually a reduction in the allergens associated with the hair and dander. My only suggestion to Purina is it would be awesome if this product can get an upgrade with healthier and better quality ingredients without the corn gluten meal and the poultry-by-product meal. That’s the only reason why I’m not giving it a 5 star due to the lower quality ingredients when compared to his current cat food. Otherwise, my cat is crazy about it like it's cat food on catnip! There was no transition period needed. He just gobbled it down like there’s no tomorrow! As far as taste goes, Purina sure got it down! Update: May 22: it’s been over a week since I’ve switched the cat food to Purina Pro Plan Live Clear. My cat still loves the food and I’m considering keeping him on it permanently just based on observations that my cat really craves it. I still have not notice any significant reduction in the allergies in my household. I am still sneezing constantly but that could be due to the high pollen's and allergens in the local area. I believe it will take a little longer for the full effects of the food to see real changes in my case. I’m highly sensitive to allergens so anything could set me off but I don’t seem to be sneezing or undergoes what I called an “allergic attack” when the cat rubs his body on my face so that’s a positive note. Update: May 26, based on my observations and analysis over the past few weeks. I can certainly say that the Purina Live Clear actually works. My cat has been spending more time with me and have been unusually needy and friendly by sleeping on top of my head and rubbing his body close to my face. As sensitive as I am to allergens; I have not been sneezing or get itchy eyes/skin. Judging from the product promises of reduction in allergens and taste-wise ; I would give it a 5 star. However, for the overall assessment of the product, I would give it a 4 and a half star due to some questionable ingredients such as corn and poultry by products. June 1 update: After several weeks of observations, I’ve noticed that my allergies are none existence. My cat is happy. June 12 Update:. His food ran out recently and my cat refuse to eat to his old cat food so I had to reordered a new batch for him. 5 Star!!! ... show more

    • Helps to reduce human allergy to a pet indoor cat.
Flavor Name: Chicken Size: 3.5 Pound (Pack of 1)
I use this for 2 cats along with a wet food feeding daily. Both cats have maintained a healthy weight and coat and did not cause digestive upset when switching from another dry food to this. It has been uniform in appearance, color and smell with each package. Although the manufacturers instructions suggest to feed this exclusively, my allergic reaction to the cats did decrease noticeably after a month of daily use despite supplemental feedings with a wet food. One cat likes it more than the other but cats are very finicky after all. The packaging is durable as well. ... show more

    • Literally night and day
Flavor Name: Chicken Size: 3.5 Pound (Pack of 1)
Review Image by Nicole Nicole
I got a supposedly hypo-allergenic kitten last year, and it took weeks to adjust to the dander. Had sinus infection symptoms the entire time, it sucked! Tried this stuff and it worked, but then I got him neutered and wanted to test if I would react less to him. I think I forgot to keep buying this, or it was too expensive, idk. But I've been sneezing A Lot around him lately, at least 5-8 times every morning, cant have him in my room for very long without reacting. I can't be around him and it's actually been giving him single kitten syndrome behavioral issues bc he's not getting enough attention. So I bought this food again 3 days ago and cut it with his normal dry food and it's literally like night and day. I had him in my room Overnight last night and I DID NOT SNEEZE ONCE. He stepped on my face this morning - NO SNEEZING. I might have to subscribe to this stuff, it's pricey but I can actually be around my pet now and that's huge. ... show more

    • Of course my cats love the expensive stuff!!!
Flavor Name: Chicken Size: 3.5 Pound (Pack of 1)
I have 3 picky cats and they all seem to love this. I fill the bowl every night (I also feed them wet) and in the morning the bowl is empty. And it's not because they are hungry because i leave two dry kinds out, 2 bowls of treats and wet food. So they have plenty to eat and this stuff is the one they love. ... show more

    • Cat + Nose Approved
Flavor Name: Chicken Size: 3.5 Pound (Pack of 1)
Review Image by KStee KStee
My cat was actually so excited about his new food, he tore into the bag overnight. Which had to be an impressive feat since he's declawed in the front. He's actually a super picky eater and had no problem switching to this kind. I mixed it with his normal Purina Cat Chow to begin with and its like he picked this flavor out against his regular food. So being cat approved is a huge start to changing his food. I have found that my nose is itching less if he sits on my lap while I pet him. I was kind of worried about my infant son being allergic to his fur since he's a long-hair cat and tends to shed a lot, but so far my son hasn't shown any symptoms. It's truly amazing to think that a food that we feed our cats can really help with allergies; science is awesome! So I would recommend to those that want to have a cat or already have one to try this product. However, at $22 for a 3.5lb bag, its hard to think it can be affordable to everyone. Our pets are worth it, but that price range is a bit steep, hence only 4 stars. ... show more

    • Great dry food for indoor cats
Flavor Name: Chicken Size: 3.5 Pound (Pack of 1)
My cat loves this food, 3.5 lb size bag lasts for 1 month, but choose to just get the smaller bag for now. I bought a different live clear, but my cat doesn’t like it as much. I give her wet food for dinner, then this favor at night. During the day I give her the flavor she doesn’t like as much. It has a nice appearance as well. She is a very small calico cat. ... show more
