We've been using this dog food for about 6 weeks now, and the 3 goof balls approve. I switched their dog food because I wanted to find something better for them digestive wise. Our first dog Blue, a silver lab, has always had a sensitive stomach and after costly tests at the vet to diagnose the constant diarrhea and vomiting, they told us he has bad gut health. They suggested switching food and gave us probiotics. He does tolerate the food better and the vomiting/diarrhea isn't nearly as bad as before so that's a plus. He's also a picky eater and seems to enjoy this food more. Our 2nd dog Rosie, the black lab, is a garbage disposal with an iron stomach. She can eat literally anything and everything she can. She tolerated the change well. She has gotten more itchy though, but i think it's an environmental allergy. Our 3rd dog Lady, Australian shepherd, seems to be the only one who doesn't tolerate it as well. It makes her poop more frequently than the other two, so she gets more bathroom breaks. We will continue to buy this specific brand, as the pups tolerate it well and we have seen a huge improvement in Blue's gut health. In comparison to other brands, i feel that this brand is consistent with freshness, fairly priced, and the dogs enjoy it. ... show more

This is a good quality dog food. I buy it for my dog who tends to have an upset stomach. I have it on auto ship and the only thing I’ve noticed is it seems to be out of stock a lot of times. I do feel like it’s a good price for the quality that you get in quantity.

We switched from another brand because the dogs would pick out certain pieces. They eat all of this. I like the tender pieces of meat mixed in with the kibble for their protein and it’s enticing to the dogs. I have small dogs and regular size or small bites they don’t seem to have a problem chewing through. The added probiotics is a plus to help dogs with sensitive tummy issues. ... show more

I was in a pinch over the holiday running low on the usual Kirkland brand dog kibble. I ordered this to fill the gap. Our dogs and cats are big fans of this kibble. It has pieces of what looks like dehydrated chicken in it, and they all eat those pieces as well as the kibble pieces. I also like that the kibble pieces are a bit smaller, we have a lab and English bulldog. The bulldog doesn't have the best/sharpest teeth. I think I might stick with this from now on. ... show more
