Anytime I've switched to cheaper brand shampoo and conditioner, I tend to lose a lot of hair down the drain. My drain becomes clogged and I can tell the difference in the amount of hairin my comb, but not this brand. I lose a lot less hair and it feels great and smells wonderful. I had tried some of those Instagram "made for you" shampoo and conditioners. I decided to go back to Pureology and what a difference. When using those other brands, my hair was dry and frizzy, even using leave in conditioner and letting air dry. After my first wash back with this shampoo and conditioner, you don't HAVE to use a leave in conditioner or any products if you are going to air dry. My hair was soft and had zero frizz. Skip the shampoo, but the conditioner is AWESOME if you have scalp rash (psoriasis). The Nurse at my primary care facility recommended this. It's so dang expensive, but the conditioner is worth it!
