Coming back over a year later to say this is actually the best pillow I’ve ever had. It’s retained its fluffiness and cushion, and the cooling side has worked amazingly for me as a hot sleeper. My neck and back don’t hurt anymore when using this pillow, and my 87 year old dad has had a great experience with it too! Definitely recommend, especially if you like your pillows a little firmer and cold!

I have been using this product for a few month and I love these pillows! I have always struggled to find a comfortable pillow for my recurring neck pain, and decided to give these a try. I definitely sleep better on them because they feel wonderful and are fully customizable. All you do is unzip and pull out the inner foam (which is so soft) until you get to your desired thickness. The pillows themselves have a zipper and are encased in an outer case that can be removed and washed. I also like the outer design of these pillows a lot - one side is cool to the touch, and since I get very warm at night, this is a bonus! (You can also flip them over if you don't like the cool side.) My husband kept stealing these, so I recently purchased a set for him too!

I like the pillows for the support especially because I use multiple pillows anyway. They are pretty thick pillows but I guess you can pull stuff out from inside the pillow to adjust firmness.

I’ve been using these Puredown King Size pillows for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m pretty satisfied with them. The shredded memory foam provides great support and molds well to my head and neck, making it comfortable for side and back sleeping. I also appreciate that they are adjustable, allowing me to remove some filling to customize the firmness. The cooling feature is a nice touch, though I wouldn’t say it stays completely cool all night. It does feel more breathable than standard memory foam pillows, which helps with temperature regulation. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the pillows are a bit firmer than expected, even after adjusting the fill. If you prefer a softer pillow, you may need to remove a good amount of foam. That said, the quality is excellent, and they feel durable. Overall, a great choice for those who like firm, supportive pillows with an adjustable design!

OMG!!!! I love Mike Lindell, and we just got a King bed for the first time ever. We needed 2 king pillows. We bought "My Pillow", and we could never get them plump enough to be hard. I am a green and my wife is a white, and our pillows flattened. Our necks hurt. We just got our "puredown" King size pillows with memory foam and cooling on one side. We messed with them, and let them expand. Then we put them in the dryer on fluff or an hour. They came out hard for our heads and necks, yet soft enough to be comfortable. I sleep on my side and used it the first night. When I got up, I realized I didn't have my hand under my head all night where my hands went numb and went to sleep. And my neck didn't hurt. I actually slept well. These pillows work well. We will use "My Pillow" for the bolsters for looks. I love the "Puredown" King sized pillows. The price is right, and as some others have mentioned about the smell, these have no smell. Perfect for a perfect sleep. I would buy then again.

So far, not a fan. Yes, it has adjustable foam; however, it doesn't go down far enough for me. I'm a stomach sleeper, and because the pillow is so firm, I am only able to use a small corner of the pillow so my neck doesn't hurt in the morning.

This is my 2nd purchase. Last set lasted over 7 years. Yes, 7 years!! Love the dual comfort choices and the ability to remove some of the filling to customize to your comfort. Just wish there were great quality zipper bag to store excess filler for future use.
