Not true to size at all! I’m a size medium in clothes so I got a large and it is tiny! Do not waste your couple bucks or time on this. It’s flimsy and won’t do nothing for you anyways. It’s got a flex mesh material that won’t snatch you in. I have pretty small hands for size reference & this faja would fit my thigh! Lol I measured it and it’s 20inches! My weight is 165 lbs. I bought large without measuring my waist line and had to suck in my stomach and as you can see it fits perfectly. It stretches and I love how it caresses my body. This thing will not let you down, I'm sure! I put it on and already knew it was big because I went right to the smallest fitting. Geez tho, my hands cramped trying to get it on. I felt like I was in a sling shot!! One false move and who knows lol!! Jk. Seriously, very good quality and comfortable. ZERO STARS for the waist trainer, which is needed due to mid-section weight gain. I selected the largest SIZE available according to the measurements given and AI recommended. Regrettably, the SIZING is befitting someone that is already a SIZE ZERO, there was no elasticity or STRETCHABILITY. Unfortunately, due to SIZING issues I cannot attest to DURABILITY of this waist trainer. Lastly, this product is NOT suitable for individuals standing above 5'9" and greater than 100 pounds (lbs). Otherwise, purchase at the risk of becoming disappointed, frustrated and insulted with the results. In my opinion .... NO VALUE FOR THE MONEY, save your time and coins. I'm just working on reducing 1 to 2 inches on my waist. My natural waist is 25" to 26" My goal is to 24". What I like about this trainer is the hooks and it's comfortable. My ribs are comfortable on the first and second rows My belly on the second and third rows. My waist is on the third row but I am going to have to add a fourth and possibly fifth row of hooks for my waist, to reach my goal. I hope this helps ... show more
