I am very happy with the purchase, but very unhappy with the delivery. The courier just threw my box, it was very loud, I thought my roof had fallen, I'm not kidding. I would like to note the honesty and customer focus of the store. They were polite and offered to send me the damaged boards, but unfortunately I couldn’t wait that long, so the seller offered me monetary compensation for the damaged goods. This dresser I really love. It is very beautiful and very easy to clean. It was a little overwhelming of all of the different pieces you have to put together. I did run into trouble with two drawers not sliding in correctly until I gave it a rest and tried it the next day. It took me about 6 hours to completely build it on my own. Overall I really like this dresser but it was very time consuming when having to put it together.

There wasn't a single piece of this that wasn't dirty, or damaged, or both. I had to glue some of the white coating back on and it was so thin that it was continuing to crumble under my fingertips. There were many other impurities in the coating, and a lot of little bits of things that had to be scraped off. There were a handful of manufacturing errors like the misshapen screw in the photo, and many things were not correctly aligned. The instructions were much more complicated than they needed to be and some things were not in a sensical order, and while the actual process of putting it together wasn't too bad, the instructions made it more difficult than it needed to be making the overall process take several hours (And I still have a second one to put together) Some of the screws would go into the wood, strip it, and then pull right out as well. This dresser will work for what I need it for, but I would not buy it again, nor would I recommend spending money on it. It looks worse in person than it does in the picture, and with the amount of damage and poor quality production I regret spending money on it myself. And lastly, the numbered stickers do not come off which is a personal pet peeve of mine, and they leave gross, sticky black stains when you try to remove them. I have put together a LOT of flat pack furniture, and typically do not have many issues, but I am not a fan of this product.

Needed a new dresser after moving but didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg and I just love this one! Love the style and look of it. I just wish the drawers were deeper, but not a deal breaker my old dresser had deep drawers so I just had to move some things around and downsize my clothes :) got the matching night stands as well!

I really like the color and design of the dresser. However, the drawers are not as deep as I thought they would be but they are still a decent size and the fact that there are 9 of them I think should help. One thing though, my package did come a bit damage. For example my 2 of the boards had a small paint chip. Some boards also had a weird hair like film on top I had to wipe them off. Not sure if it was white pet hair like or possibly fiberglass. Some boards also had some weird sticky stains on them I had to wipe off and also fingerprint oil lily like stains… which sucked because I would assume that a brand new dresser would come clean but several boards were dirty. Other than that super easy assembly. The drawer handles did come in gold not black like the picture but I’m not even mad about it because I really like the gold anyways.
