I purchased the 3" Medium Firm topper and love it! 1) There was no smell, dust or skin irritation (I think the people that have had problems might be allergic to latex.) 2) The Medium was plenty firm - any firmer would probably be too much for anyone who sleeps on their side (I'm a side and back sleeper). 3) I love that this product is Fair Trade and Green. 4) This topper is far superior in quality than the gel-infused foam topper I had before. The foam topper had tiny rips and began to show a dip in the middle after only 4-5 months (it also never fully inflated). This one is much heavier and more durable. Very pleased!

I needed a little more padding on a very firm mattress. Considered memory foam but was concerned about odors and off-gassing. I was pleased with the certifications (organic, gotta etc) of this topper but worried when some reviewers mentioned odor. Very pleased to note that my 2 inch topper has no odor. I unpacked it and put it on my bed and slept on it the same night. The right amount of cushion and firmness for me. Very comfortable. The cover is very nice. I just put my sheet on top of the topper. No shifting either. Highly recommend!

The first night we slept on this 3" medium firm topper was so comfortable that I'm looking forward to bedtime again! We have a firm Sleep On Latex mattress that we had gotten used to and like it, but I still had some hip and shoulder pain so decided to try the topper. It is wonderful. It was a bit heavy getting up the stairs to the second storey bedroom, but we did it. Some reviewers complain about the smell, but it is not a problem for us. We had a gel foam topper, but that made my back hurt. This latex topper is the way to go.

Almost two weeks now with our 3" King latex mattress pad and we both love it! Noticeable relief of aches and joint pain when sleeping. Not too soft... Gives a nice cushy feel! We had no odor at all with ours. It wanted to hang over the sides of the mattress at first (irritating when getting out of bed). I was about ready to trim a couple of inches off -- but instead, I went to each side and "fluffed" the edges of the pad towards the center of the bed (sort of repositioning the mass of the pad towards the center I guess). Now the sides of the pad are flush with the edge of the mattress with no trimming.

This is the second topper that I bought within a very short period of time. I only have the ability to work with a 1 inch topper due to the limits of our fitted sheets. The first was a memory foam - and although it was incredibly comfortable, it was also incredibly hot. I tend to sleep cold, so for me to be hot says it all. The memory foam topper is sitting up in the attic and we don't know what to do with it. It'll be too hot to even make a dog bed out of it. So I purchased this latex topper with holes in it and it's terrific. It is soft and comfortable without being too cushy. It helps with my sore hip and shoulder. It breathes so there is no overheating. It has a cover you can purchase with it although in hindsight I don't know if it was necessary if you already have a good bed pad that you use under your sheets. Overall I'd endorse this latex mattress topper.

I originally bought the firm 2 inch topper and found it to be too hard for us (husband is back sleeper and I'm a side sleeper). Return was simple, customer service was awesome. Ordered the medium, 2 inch topper and it truly transformed our 5 year old memory foam topper that was way too soft. This product may seem expensive, but it is worth every penny. With the cover, I believe it will last a very, very long time. It's nothing like a regular memory foam topper. It's a million times better!

I got this because my knees hurt when sleeping on my stomach and it helped with that. I've had it for four years now and there are depressions where I sleep. I wish there weren't and I would replace it if they weren't so expensive.

They said it was heavy and it is. The pad was a little too big for our mattress so I used a pair of scissors to cut off about 1-1/2". The corners also had to be cut back since they are square cut. It was not the easiest to cut the pad but it got done. We put the pad down, then the liner, then sheets. At first I did not think I would like it because laying flat with no pillow hurt my mid and lower back. But when we slept on it, it turned out to be very comfortable. We are both side sleepers and on the heavy side. 240 & 210. It turned out it was what we were looking for. We gave away the 2" foam pad we had just bought. It squeezed down to nothing and gave very poor support. All said and done this pad is well worth the extra money and neither of us could defect any odor about a half hour after we opened it.
