    • These are SUCH a pain.
So… I was super excited about these diffusers when I got them. But not anymore. For one, the app is a hassle to download because it requires a cc on file. It’s one of those annoying apps that will not allow you to open until you add a cc#. Then when I attempted to add my cc, it kept telling me it was already on file. Huh?! WTH?! Once I got the app and diffusers set up, they barely worked. It would say the scent was on but did not diffuse. Then I would just turn it off, and then I sometimes would smell it?? Most of the time there is no scent at all even though it would be turned on. Contacted customer service for help. They were cool and walked me through a reset. But that only worked for a day. Now it’s just not working at all. It shouldn’t be this much of a hassle for the price I paid for two of these diffusers. I wanted to rate these high but nope. ... show more
