I ordered one directly from the Pura website and one off of Amazon but unfortunately the one from Amazon does not work. I contacted customer care through Pura and they said it was due to a part not working but if this was new and unused then it should be working. I absolutely love my Pura diffusers. I now own 4 of them. We have two ferrets, a dog and teenagers. We can use all the help we can get to make things smell better. The Pura's do a great job of making the house smell good. Unlike candles or other diffusers, Pura provides a lot of control over how much scent you want. You can control the intensity and set schedules. Each diffusers holds two vials so you can also have two scents in each one and have them alternate. In my bedroom I have an invigorating scent that starts 30 minutes before I get up and runs for two hours. Then a calming scent that runs at bed time. Each diffuser is controlled through the Pura app. so if I know someone is going to be stopping by when my Pura's are scheduled to be off, I can just open the app and set them to turn on and run on a timer. Or if I feel the need for a little more scent I can just up the intensity for a while through the app. It's so easy to control all of the diffusers I have through the app on my phone. The only complaint I have is not about the diffusers themselves, its about the price of the scent vials. They are more expensive than I would like them to be. But, I pay the price because the Pura scents are so much better than anything else out there. I just don't run them 24 hours a day. I absolutely love the Pura 4 Smart Fragrance Diffuser. It has completely elevated the way my home smells, and the amount of control you get is honestly incredible. Being able to adjust everything right from my phone, fragrance strength, schedules, on/off times, and even switching between scents makes the whole experience so effortless and customizable. The setup couldn’t be easier: just scan the fragrance vial, pop it in, and the app takes care of the rest, even showing you the percentage left in each scent. The LED light options are such a nice touch too. You can change the color, brighten or dim it, or turn it off completely depending on your vibe. And the coverage? Amazing. It fills medium to large rooms beautifully. I have two dogs, and when I leave and come back home, you would never know it this thing works that well. My only real complaint is the price of the refills. They’re definitely on the higher end, and if I ran mine at the intensity I prefer, I’d go through a vial in about three weeks. So you do have to be a little conservative. But even with that, the overall value and experience make it 100% worth it.     • It’s just the device, no included starter vials
I never heard of this brand/type before but seemed like a great idea. It looks nice, plugs in fine, has instructions for the app but it’s JUST the device. No included starter scents. So I figured I’d buy some of the scent vials but…holy doolie they are so crazy expensive! $25-$40 for a 2 pack! If it included a sample or 2 that would be great because then you could test it and see how the scent goes. I’m not dropping that kind of money for something that I have no idea how it smells or diffuses. It’s probably and they most likely smell nice but I’m not burning that kind of money for the unknown. So at the end of the day I can’t give it 5 stars because I can’t test it but I can’t give it just one or 2 either as the device itself seems okay. ... show more

This diffuser feels made in very good quality. It's of a good size. The unit doesn't come with any oils. I actually ordered some oils separately, after i found out that it didn’t come with any, when I received it. It's a very pricey unit. It's a plain unit, not very attractive.
