The first set I ordered, 2 of the glass jars were broken. They weren't packaged very well. Did a return/replacement. The 2nd set arrived in better shape but I'm not sure how because they weren't packaged well either. Anyway, I was very excited to try these out. I put them together, filled them with water and essential oils as directed, and plugged them in. So disappointed. Unless you stick your nose right next to it, you aren't going to smell anything. So I returned them, because they do not work. Just received my credit for the return and a RESTOCKING FEE was deducted. So, they restocked the item that I told them didn't work. The scent throw is decent and so far so good! 2nd picture is after a week of use. I imagine it will be a while before it's ready for a refill. I plugged it in the bathroom, bedroom and near the garbage can. All 3 spaces worked very well. This one will stay in the bathroom for now and I gifted the other. The extra bottles help too so I can switch out scents if I grow tired of this one before it's empty. ... show more

I've never been more disappointed in a product than I have with these wall plugins. The seller should be ashamed of themselves to sell garbage like this. As stated by other reviews you can only smell the fragrance when you place it direct underneath your nose. It was a total waste of money... don't do it. ... show more
