The media could not be loaded. Bought this to replace a basic, old warmer that stopped working after a year and a half or so, and it's been great so far. I have some after market bulbs that were too big for the old one so the bulb touched the glass and my wax burned out too quickly. I haven't tried any other bulbs with this one but it's tall enough that the dish won't touch it if it's larger than what it came with. Super easy and I love having the option of different brightnesses and strength. It does melt my wax pretty quickly and if it's on full strength they lose their scent pretty fast, but if you use a liner it will slow it down just a little and it makes swapping scents much easier. I use baking cups because they're cheap and easily accessible, but they do tend to leak a little bit. I'm sure the liners made for wax warmers are more durable but I am just fine with still doing a little cleanup when I got 100 of those cups for a dollar or two. Will update if any issues arise, but it's been great so far for the 2 months I've had it.

The media could not be loaded. I originally bought this for a friend and, the devil in me said, "Girl, you know you haven't seen her in months. There's a three month hold for spontaneous friend gift gifting and that hoe hasn't shown her face in at least 4 months" So, now I own a gorgeous, crystal wax melter and lamp that offers three settings of brilliant ambient lighting. The three things I love about this piece: -You do not have to melt wax. Take the wax holding top off and strictly ise as a lamp. -It's touch operated! You don't have to search along the cord to find the switch to adjust the intensity; the base is the control unit to adjust lighting and melt rate. -The piece is so versatile. It can slip into any decor and be a statement piece or background elegance. For my experience so far, I give it a five star and highly recommend as a gift to a friend and yourself.

It was so good when i first got it, i loved it so so much it was pretty and all you have to do is tap it and it will turn on, it has different light settings so each time you tap it the light will be different. the part where the wax melts go is removable nd i love that so much because it makes it easier to clean, BUT i had gotten in April and it is now September and it stopped working. it might be the light bulb that’s inside but it had just randomly stopped working out of no where which kinds of sucks but it was good while it lasted!

Lasted me over a year working out of the box with no issue. I am very sensitive to light and good lighting can really boost my mood. The lighting from this unit is beautiful, and the dimming feature lets you choose from three different lighting options, which is amazing. The dimmable option is a must-have - not just for lighting but also to help control the strength of the wax melt smell. The higher the heat, the faster the wax melts and the stronger the smell. Some wax melts wre pretty potent, so it’s nice to have that option. Also great that you don’t have to fumble around with a plug or a switch to turn it off. Just tap it and it’s off for the night. The bulb finally gave out after a year + of continuous use. I bought a new bulb from the store and it works / turns on but now the dimming option isn’t working (I probably bought the wrong bulb), but at this price I’m just buying a whole new unit and I’ll move the old one to a different area of the house. Buy it, you won’t regret it!

SO I hate writing reviews before a long period of time has elapsed. I usually forget to update my review if I do write one, so I pretty much just count and wait until I have a problem. I'm not doing that in this case--I'm a month in. I love this thing. It looks attractive, gives off a great amount of light, and easily melts wax through a liner. Upon close inspection, you can tell it's not expensive, but it still gives you a LUXE feel. Mine arrived undamaged and without blemish. It was just plug and go--no hassle. What I'm not a fan of is the dish--it feels loose. When I have to move my wax, it shifts easily and causes me some annoyance, but not in a "the wax can't sit on this ever" way. Instead, it's an "I can see you're not aligned but I don't want to waste my life making sure you're always flush." Still, I love it. I would buy it again. And my feelings are unlikely to change unless it stops working before a year elapses.
