I ordered this for the shoe compartment to keep my running shoes from getting dirt onto everything else in the duffel bag. The shoe compartment in this thing can be HUGE if you need it to be. Fully filled up, it can take up the entire left half of the bag, so multiple adults (around 3) can share this bag. As a name-brand Puma product, everything here is excellent quality. The zippers slide nice and smooth, with a comfortably zipper pull that's easy to find just off of feel even in low-light. I got the black and gold, which looks great and the lettering so far has stood up to being tossed around on gravel. The bag compresses down to a small square for storage, but it does not have a self-containing zipper that some other bags have to keep it contained as a nice small pouch. That's the only improvement I could see them designing into this bag. For $35 as a large, tough duffel bag from a name-brand this is priced very well.

I wanted a duffle bag to use as a weekend bag when I was going on a road trip or camping since my wheeled luggage isn't particularly useful unless I'm flying somewhere. This simple duffle is so practical. It holds a lot and it opens wide for easy to access to everything you need. The fabric is durable sturdy seams that should hold up well with over-stuffing. It's got an exterior pocket for organizing your small stuff. The main compartment is very spacious and will hold a lot. The carry handles and shoulder strap make it easy to carry and move around. The blue color I got is very dark but a nice variation from basic black. I like the overall look and style of this basic duffle bag.
