  • Very nice basic generator.
Style: 2700W Dual Fuel + CO Alarm
I have not had a chance to put it to a full test. However, it worked great on LP gas. So far, I would recommend this for the price. I may add more to this review when I get a chance to use it for a longer Period. The build quality seems very good on this unit. It is very basic, but it does not have an hour meter. However I purchased one & it was easy to install… ... show more

  • Great 9500 Watt Tri-fuel generator!
Style: 9500W Tri Fuel + CO Alarm + Remote Start
Pulsar 9500 watt Tri-fuel generator: Excellent generator! Tri-fuel is very handy. It came with cable ends for a 3-prong 120v 20amp, 4-prong 120/240v 30amp, and a 120/240v 50amp cable! Included the first pint of oil and the necessary tools to get it started. It also included a 1/2” gas line for propane (with regulator) and an adapter for Natural Gas with a quick connect (and a 3/8” to 1/2” adapter). The internal battery for the auto-start was charged and worked on the first try. It did NOT include a charging cord for this starter battery (which is disclosed in the listing) but the generator manual says running the generator should charge this internal battery so that should take care of itself during the 5 hour break-in period if you can start it with the rip cord the first time. The 9500 watt model is a heavy machine. It comes with wheels and a handle which makes wheeling it manageable for one but lifting this into a trunk solo is probably not possible. Fairly quiet in terms of generators! The eco mode noticeably modulates to load demand well. Many functional ports! ... show more

  • Cheap Junk!
Style: 6000W Dual Fuel + CO Alarm + Remote Starts
it’s a piece of junk. It doesn’t run right when you call pulsar they don’t stand by their products they will not fix it. if I could give this a -5 star review I would, I would never buy pulsar products again. They are cheap Chinese junk. this is my second time trying to give them a chance.

  • Pulsar 4000 watt Dual fuel genset w/electric start
Style: 4000W Dual Fuel + CO Alarm + Remote Start
I received the generator and assembled it. Attached propane and the generator would not start, I trouble shot by working my way back to the tank. I got nothing until I got to the tank, when I disconnected and checked with my propane sensor I had some propane in the first regulator at the tank end, nothing after the regulators. Called the company the next day and was told they would send me out a new hose and regulators but that it would be a few days before I would see them. I want to stay away from gas as I may need to store this in the Motor home from time to time, not to mention small engines run quieter, cleaner, and more eficiently than gas. I will try to remember to update this review once I am able to try the generator. Overall, quality seems good! Received the new hose and regulators and generator still would not run. Went ahead and tried running it on gas and it still would not run. Company replaced with a different generator (a different model with the same specs as mine. Got the new generator and assembled it and added the oil and tried it on propane, This time I tried pulling the starter cord 6 or 7 times to prime the propane. I hit the start button and it did not start on the first attempt, it did however, start up on the second attempt and has been running great since. I have given this product a rating of 4 stars which is the highest rating I normally give anything as there is always room for improvement. I am however, giving Pulsar and their customer service an unheard of 5 stars. They were very helpful and got me up and running. This company cares about their customers and will go the extra mile to satisfy them. ... show more

  • Great Camping Generator
Style: 2700W Dual Fuel + CO Alarm
Great price. It is MUCH quieter than my larger generator. Also light enough to handle alone. I have only used it with propane - not sure if I even want to mess with gasoline. I tested it out on my 2026 Coleman Keystone 13R (all electric), and it ran everything just like it was plugged into the wall. It is winter, so the heater, fridge, lights, laptop, microwave - water heater and water pump. Frees up my large generator for the house and bad weather. ... show more

  • Efficient, with some setbacks……
Style: 4000W Dual Fuel + CO Alarm + Remote Start
Runs excellent to run my 1400w space heater while camping and not being too loud. I ran this off of a 1.4 gallon mini propane tank. It ran for almost 4 hours before finally starting to run out. Difficulty when running with the CO2 sensor. The exhaust is recessed into the housing. Even though it is a sealed area from the rest of the housing. At the wrong angle with almost no outside wind, it kept cutting off. Finally put a fan on it to keep it running until a slight breeze hit. Needs to extend the exhaust by about 3 inches! Wish the propane regulators were just a bit smaller and not so bulky. The product description is a little off. It states that there is a hour meter, there is not one on this unit. Also, would like too of seen heavier duty wheels. Would recommend to others based on being fuel efficient and dual fuel. ... show more

  • Pulsar 4000 watt generator/inverter
Style: 4000W Dual Fuel + CO Alarm + Remote Start
Works GREAT 👍 Does everything that it claims to do. I'm almost at the 5hr breakin mark for changing the oil and have zero complaints. It took me forever to find this on Amazon, basically I just stumbled on it, but to be honest so far in my opinion it should be at the top of the list !
