Breaking in today, Ran some tests I wanted to see. It started right away, I’ve seen a lot of reviews saying it won’t handle 1800 watts. Mine handles 1800 watts. You will see overload on ramp up but it didn’t trip. I tried it a few times and once it tripped dumping a 1800w load at low idle. It’s light I didn’t weight it but compared to my other 2500 40lb it’s light. I think if you run a 15 amp drill that over loads occasionally and run it on economy idle….. it would probably stall. This will fit my needs for up to 15 amps. It’s a lil louder than my 40lb units but that’s what you sacrifice. ... show more

The machine was packed very well. As described it is fairly light weight. My daughter said she can even lift it! Not sure on the engineering of this item but was impressed, as I have never seen this done before, with the screw in funnel for the oil! Fabulous idea! No spills whatsoever! On to the business side of the machine. Follow the directions, pull the starter and it started right up. Nice! Took this out in the field to run two different jack hammers. In the five days that I have used it has worked just great. Having to bust through some granite in post holes. Just remember to unplug the devices before you try to start it up.
