  • So far so good
Style: 10000 Watts - Dual Fuel - Inverter
The media could not be loaded. Box it came in was solid, easy to unbox. Extras came in a second box, spark plug remover, oil, screw driver, wheels, handles. It’s missing the battery tender which is a big deal since the instructions say it should come with it. (Update - vendor says they’re out, seller made it right by refunding $20 to buy a generic battery charger - awesome service) Wheels and handles were super easy to put on, this generator is lighter than my previous wgen9500dfc, and noticeably quieter (78 vs 68 db). Using purple to break it in, for 5 hours with no/small loads, then I’ll give it an oil change. Update: Oil change complete, mfg could have put the oil change bolt in an easier place to get to, seriously, when you drain it, it goes all over the bottom of the chassis. I plugged this into the house, and it runs great, powered all the rooms I needed it to using propane, only tested it out for about 15 minutes so if anything changes I’ll update my review. So far a really solid purchase for the price. Very happy I bought it. ... show more

  • Good Generator but louder than advertised.
Style: 10000 Watts - Dual Fuel - Inverter
I also have the Pulsar 12 generator. The 10k model seems to work well so far. The only complaint is how loud the generator is. It seems louder than advertised.

  • Works like it should
Style: 10000 Watts - Dual Fuel - Inverter
Generator is rated continuous at 7250 on LP. I had it loaded to 7750 and it had room left but I ran out of load to test farther.

  • Gas leak right of the box...
Style: 10000 Watts - Dual Fuel - Inverter
I bought this generator over ones that had higher wattage ratings because it is an invertor generator so I liked the lower weight and quieter noise output. It delivered on the weight but I doesn't sound much quieter than any other open chassis generator. Assembly was very easy but after filling it up with gas it I noticed fuel was leaking from the fuel shut-off valve. I tried tightening it but that didn't stop the leak. I drained the tank, removed the shut-off valve and applied thread paste even though it had an o-ring on it. That fixed the leak. If I needed it in an emergency and didn't know what to do to fix it I would have been pretty unhappy. I would probably go with a more popular brand instead of this model next time ... show more

  • NOT QUIET
Style: 10000 Watts - Dual Fuel - Inverter
This is NOT a quiet generator. While it does do well on the load my rv pulls I could have bought a less expensive one with the same noise output.

  • doesn't put out stated power
Style: 10000 Watts - Dual Fuel - Inverter
I needed the generator recently, big storm. The generator starte easily (propane tank) and I ran some small heaters a 2 lamps. everything OK until later, when I tried to run a microwave so I could cook something. I put some water into th generator, set for one minute, and pushed start. WITHIN 2 SECONDS EVERYTHING WENT DOWN, lamps turned off, microwave quit, and I had to restart the generator . I tried again wit just the microwave, everything lugged down and stopped. The cord I was using was 12-2 with ground (3 12ga wire), about 70'long, that I have used for high powered table saws with a vacuum running at the same time, so the conductor was not too light ... show more
