Realistic and great looking Christmas tree!
Style: 7.5' Balsam Fir
We have gotten so many compliments for this new tree this year! It looks great in our living room. You definitely need to spend some time fluffing it out as many here have recommended. It is very realistic compared to our previous artificial tree. Only two issues: 1) The base came with a defect and had to be replaced. Puleo was extremely responsive and quick to send a replacement! 2) that I've noticed is that the top sits a little loose. It's hard to tell if it's because it wasn't seated properly, and I don't want to touch it with all the ornaments on. I have a feeling that it just needs to be reseated slightly. Otherwise, the tree has been perfect!

BAH HUMBUG. $500 for a Tree That Lasted TWO Seasons? Unacceptable.
Style: 7.5' Balsam Fir
Bought this tree in November 2022 thinking I was investing in a gorgeous, long-lasting Christmas staple. Instead, I’ve got a $500 dark, depressing shrub in my living room. Most of the lights are dead, and apparently so is my holiday spirit. If you only want a tree to last 2 seasons and enjoy spending hours on the floor fiddling with dead bulbs, blowing fuses, and questioning your life choices, this tree is PERFECT. Otherwise, save yourself the wasted time and frustration. This is SUCH a crummy way to kick off the holiday season. I genuinely hope the seller reaches out, because at this price point, this should be replaced or refunded. This is not the longevity or quality anyone expects when buying a $500 Christmas tree.

Great for the price
Style: 9' Balsam Fir with 800 Clear Lights
Great for the price! I'm not sure what people who gave this tree a bad review were thinking they were going to get. It's a 9 foot tree for about $200. For that price, it's a pretty great tree. If you want the branches to be realistic all the way through to the center of the tree, then you're probably going to be spending closer to $700-$1k. This tree is amazing for the price. It's very full and once all the decorations are on it's absolutely beautiful.

Beautiful and realistic
Style: 9' Balsam Fir with 800 Clear Lights
This tree is a stunner. It does require a lot of fluffing so be prepared for that but it is worth it. The shade of green is beautiful, not to bright green but lighter green with brown undertones. This is not a perfectly uniform tree. Branches extend out at different lengths giving it such a realistic and rustic feel. Love it. By far the best Christmas tree I have owned. The lights are the perfect amount of soft glow. I read rule of thumb is 100 lights per foot. I believe this 9ft has 800 lights and it is just right. (I bought a tree from Home Depot that had 2500 LED LIGHTS first and returned it as it was swallowed with lights and looked like a spotlight, very tacky) I never right reviews but in this case I wanted to share as buying a Christmas tree online can be risky, but this is a winner

Beautiful with some issues
Style: 9' Balsam Fir with 800 Clear Lights
The tree turned out nicely after the expected amount of fluffing. The outer branches are realistic and reasonably full. While the inner branches aren’t the same quality, the tree’s overall appearance is beautiful. And, it is more reasonably priced than comparable options. Two issues - the box was falling apart and taped together as if the tree had been returned, and one strand of lights isn’t working (making me think it was returned).

Lights going out after one year
Style: 9' Balsam Fir with 800 Clear Lights
I bought this tree last year. I love it. No problems with it. This year lights start going out. So I replaced the ones that went out and they burned out again. I contacted the manufacturer of the tree and they agreed to replace the two bottom sections of the tree, but not until next year because they are out of stock. I asked for a refund or a similar tree. They won’t do neither. She reminded me of wear and tear. Yes, I know that, but not in one year. For this price and the hassle, I would advise not buying from this company.
