I am blown away by this tree! It is such a great width—so many other trees I was looking at were so incredibly wide, they wouldn’t fit in my space. This is the perfect proportion. Extremely easy to set up, I did it by myself in less than an hour. It looks fantastic!

We needed something that would fit our new townhome but didn't have any corners to put a tree in. We needed something more narrow. I didn't like the very thin/pencil shaped trees. This tree has a nice height to width ratio. The base is a little wider but not as wide as a traditional tree. Plus it is pre-lit! The tree is beautiful and a perfect fit for our home! Bought a 10 ft Puleo tree with lights October of 2023. Great looking tree. We don't box it at the end of the season we put it back up in our basement for protection. It is now Nov 2025 so we have put it up for 2 years and when we plugged it in for this year a day later the 3rd section of the tree failed to light. Read the directions for checking bulbs and fuses - no solution. To no surprise lights are only warranted for 2 years. I did get an extended warranty but it was for 3 years that started the day of purchase so in essence it was a 1 year warranty which expired yep - a month ago. I was able to jerry rig a strand of lights and the tree still looks good. Called Puleo and left a message but no return call. It gets 1 Star because it is a good looking tree but I imagine I will be losing lights from now on and their customer service doesn't seem to answer. I am guessing over two years of use the tree was lit for 80 days maybe for 6 hrs a day = 480 hours. ChatGPT claims average miniature lights last 1,000-2,000 hours. Beware. ... show more

LOVE this tree!! I purchased the 6.5 ft and the size is perfect. It's easy to assemble, and took about 30 minutes to fluff all the branches. It's beautiful and turned out better than I expected. Get the tree, you won't be disappointed!!

Checked the lights on this tree before bluffing and suddenly half the lights went out! Took me 7 1/2 hours to fluff. Very disappointed! Can replace lights but this is not acceptable. Can't send it back. It takes too much time to fluff. Very diappointing. It is redeemable because you can't be the fullness. There are no spaces and the trunk is covered with a brown jute and needles. Giving it a natural appearance. Overall, am quite happy with this tree. I would recommend it. I was just unlucky I think. For the price, it is worth it. As good as a balsam hill. Secondly, once it was all lit, and all the ornaments hung two branches (not sections) fizzled out. about 18 lights went dead.
