We received this twice, the first time was smashed to pieces due to delivery, the second one was delivered through the vender as a courtesy due to the first one being broken. When we received the first one and it was broken we were so upset, we quickly reached out to the seller. They were prompt in getting back to us. They immediately asked for what pieces were broken so they could send replacements, we sent them the piece numbers and because it was essentially the entire box they went ahead and sent us an entire new one. After receiving it and putting it together (which was a bit of a struggle) we love it. It fits wonderfully in our room and our 35 pound dog loves it. It is very nice looking and fits in my corner nicely. I have a boxer and she just fits with no extra room. Get the next size up if you have a med size dog. It is very well built and nice looking. So a 4 star as per size given, is not as roomy.

This crate is very Saturday, went together easily and was just as described. The shape makes it a little difficult for square beds to fit in, but I have no other complaints. My puppy actually prefers his new crate than his old regular wire collapsible one.

Easy to put together with two people. Pieces are chipped/cracked. Lock is not sturdy at all. Our boy broke the lock right off. Only reason we didn’t return it is because we didn’t want to take it apart and figure out how to ship back since box was destroyed.
