We received this twice, the first time was smashed to pieces due to delivery, the second one was delivered through the vender as a courtesy due to the first one being broken. When we received the first one and it was broken we were so upset, we quickly reached out to the seller. They were prompt in getting back to us. They immediately asked for what pieces were broken so they could send replacements, we sent them the piece numbers and because it was essentially the entire box they went ahead and sent us an entire new one. After receiving it and putting it together (which was a bit of a struggle) we love it. It fits wonderfully in our room and our 35 pound dog loves it. The cage is great, it fits in the corner perfectly. It's very sturdy and looks good. The only thing I didn't like is the instructions for the cage to out it together are horrible.

I have wanted a furniture crate for my dog for a while, and I loved how this one looked. The measurements were close to his current crate, so I figured I'd get it, seeing a shepherd laying in it would mean my 70 pound hound would be fine in it. NO. FALSE ADVERTISING. The angles are so extreme that he wouldn't be able to turn around. And to return it? They want $45 to ship it back to them!!! I'M SO PISSED. ... show more

It is very nice looking and fits in my corner nicely. I have a boxer and she just fits with no extra room. Get the next size up if you have a med size dog. It is very well built and nice looking. So a 4 star as per size given, is not as roomy.

I was so excited about this crate but when we put it together i felt very misled. I ordered the largest size that they had because the pictures made it look like a smaller golden doodle would have no trouble at all fitting in it. It was a very snug for lit for her. If you look at the photos they posted of a husky laying down, German shepherd and a golden retriever, they all look like they fit with ease but in reality the animals in the pictures are definitely photoshopped. You can’t not convince me otherwise. It’s a beautiful piece of furniture but the animal pics are definitely not accurate. ... show more

Well made. I would recommend for a dog that is already crate trained. Our dog took right to it. Just moved her bedding. She goes right into it. I like it much better in our living area. Our ugly wire crate was in the bedroom and this one is more like furniture. Easy to vacuum out and wipe down. Normally kept open except for at night. I think if she were under 2 she might chew or damage it. Price was good. She is a medium size lab mix about 60lbs and it gives her room to sit and stretch out. ... show more

Nice looking kennel! Not bad to put together. My only complaint is it doesn't come with a pad, and the seller stated that they don't make one. My 42 pound dog fits comfortably. Do not recommend for any dog with anxiety, could easily break out.
