I've only used this case a day, but so far so good. Yes, you can see the fingerprints on the case. I think the fingerprint smudges are unavoidable. Similar cases that cover my whole phone were way bulkier. Given that this was $14.99 and still fits in my pocket I'm satisfied. I dropped my phone and cracked my screen a few months ago and it cost $300 to fix (I had a fancy case previously, but it didn't cover the phone screen). Looks like some reviews said the case was falling apart after a few months, but it looks sturdy to me. ... show more

This is my 2nd clear glitter case in 3 years. These cases are my favorite because the protective cover on the screen gives it extra protection. I like that the back and sides are silicone. It's easier to hold and looks great. My only complaint is it definitely turns yellow. It took about a year but then it just looks dirty. But I have no complaints otherwise ... show more

I wasn't expecting much at the price but it seems like a soidly built case. I bought the clear case since the phone is aesthetically well-designed. No reason to hide it. Installation was simple after prying the case apart. Just slip the phone in the bottom, wipe off the face of the phone, peel off the membrane on the cover and attach. I turned on the 7 Pro's extra sensitivity setting before ataching the cover. I see no difference in touch responsivesness between before and after attaching the cover. Indeed, the touch responsiveness of the phone is excellent, as good as the back of phone touch of my prior Android phone. The Pixel 7 apparently has improved the screen touch system over prior Pixel versions if reviews of Pixel 6 phone touch woes is any indication. Removing the case will probably be similar to separating the top and bottom to do the initial insertion of the ohone. It is far too soon to judge the durability of the cover protective screen. But it gives a very favorsble first impression. ... show more

I read the reviews before purchasing. I figured either it won't bother me OR I'll end up hacking it into pieces. Everyone is correct, even with all the screen protector and sensitivity settings turned on, your fingerprint will not work no matter how many times you delete your prints and redo them. So yes the built in cheesy screen protector is trash. Im sure there are more appropriate ways and tools to use, but I simply cut it out with a basic kitchen knife and was able to remove it perfectly. Then I installed a tempered glass screen protector, put my case back together and WOULD YOU JUST LOOK AT IT - a great quality case with better screen protection! ... show more

I bought for my Pixel 7 Pro in June 2023 and lasted until now. Screen got scratched up and the case yellowed a bit, but still fit OK. Cheap enough to order a new one. Protected my phone for all that time effectively. New one came with a glitterized back, which does not excite me, but so what. The case feels good on the hand, but it has a big circle where the finger print reader is, any video, picture or any website that contains white color, will make the circle pop up on the screen. There is no information on the product's description about the circle, and the pictures are not accurate to the real product... the circle is not on the pictures.
