One of the two controllers came defective and drifts as a result. The two analog sticks on the controller are permanently skewed outward. Other controller is good. We used it for a while alone before using the second and finding out it was no good. I like that it charges with USB-C. Big upgrade from my old controller UPDATE- The seller reached out immediately after receiving this feedback and was great about quickly getting me a replacement. For the price point, these two controllers are good

Terrible product, doesn’t even stay on 5 minutes without disconnecting and I can’t get a refund because my last day for refund is march 30th even though I got it today at 3:30pm when I was at work and didn’t get home until 7:30pm when it was too late to return it.

This Puiseno wireless controller definitely delivers on its promise of excellent battery life, staying powered through long gaming sessions without a hitch. The design and looks of the black carbon fiber finish are sharp, and it is a true-to-size fit that feels comfortable in hand. However, the quality is where we hit a snag, as stick drift and sensitivity issues cropped up after only one week of use. While it is hard to say for sure if it is the hardware or a teenager's heavy-handed gaming style causing the drift, it is a common enough complaint with these more budget-friendly models. It is still usable for now, and the $16.99 price point makes it an affordable option, but the durability of the internal sensors just doesn't match the longevity of the battery. I have to say it's average quality but a good value if you need something now or cheap.
