This is an exact clone of the official PSVR2 PC Adapter kit, works and looks exactly like the OEM model. Like the OEM model, a high quality Bluetooth adapter is needed to connect the sense controllers to your PC. The sense controllers connect separate from this device entirely, directly to the PC over Bluetooth. Your experience with controller connection stability will be entirely dependent on your Bluetooth adapter and the size of it's antennae. So make sure to pair this kit with a high quality bluetooth adapter if you run into issues with the controllers connecting to the pc. Also make sure to plug this device into a USB 3.0 (or higher) port on your PC, USB 2.0 ports look the same, but won't work. Any PC built in the last 10 years will have USB 3.0 available, but some PC's also have USB 2.0 ports. If you have trouble, just try one of your other ports. Sometimes the USB 3.0 ports are physically blue on their connectors to help differentiate. Or may be labeled "SS" or "Super Speed" to indicate they're USB 3.0 or higher. You'll also need a high quality Display Port 1.4 cable to connect this adapter to your PC. This is the same cable you use to hook up a computer monitor to the computer. Make sure to get a good "VESA Certified Display Port 1.4" cable. Some cables can't handle the high bandwidth required for 4k and VR gaming. This device itself works great; it doesn't get hot or anything during long play sessions, Steam and the PSVR app saw it right away. It was very easy to get started with some long Half-Life: Alyx gaming sessions! Great way to get some more use out of the PS VR 2 headset and controllers, and to play VR games that aren't available on the PS5!

I was able to play Batman Arkham VR on Steam using this adapter and the PSVR2. The PC adapter unit I received worked. For anyone that purchases this and uses it with Steam, just make sure you download "SteamVR" and the "PSVR2 App" on Steam. You'll need to first run the "PSVR2 App" which will then launch the "SteamVR" app. From there you can calibrate the headset to work with Steam. As for the controllers, you'll need to connect those to your PC via bluetooth.

I received this and had it up and running my PSVR2 in less than 15 minutes and this adapter is working flawlessly. I built my computer recently, so it’s using Bluetooth 5.4 and my psvr2 controllers connected immediately and have not dropped connection once all day. Just make sure you download the Steam VR app and the PlayStation VR app from steam and then run the PlayStation VR app and follow the directions and you should be good to go.
