The company's customer service reached out to me on their own To fix the issue I was having. To fix the issue they sent me another stand and the new stand is working much better and the fan is a lot quieter than the first one I received. The customer service was very accommodating and willing to do what was needed to fix the problem. Its refreshing to find a company actually stand behind there product. With customer service willingto go the extra mile to try and make there customers happy I have no problem recommending them . If you order one and its not working properly give them a chance to make it right . so apparently the ps5 slim vertical stand is sold seperately which is an extra 30 bucks from sony. i figured amazon should have something for it but all the ones i saw werent showing up till the end/beginning of next month, found this little bad boy and this showed up in less than 12 hours for the same price and it has so much more! standing the ps5 vertically takes up about half as much space as when its laying flat, and this has 2 spots that also charge the controllers, extra usb slots at the bottom so i can charge my other devices, and the fan is powered directly by the ps5 usb c slot so you can only turn the fan on if the ps5 is on. the stand also doesnt need its own power supply so it doesnt take up another outlet spot! anyways so far so good, if anything bad happens, ill let yall know

Bought this for my sons new ps5 it came in a clear plastic bag and the box was ripped torn and you could tell it was used opened it and the whole thing was in pieces very upsetting and a waste of money.

Seller promptly offered resolution. My first time receiving the product it stopped working properly within one month. The seller reached out to me regarding my issue and we agreed on a free replacement which I received today 01/09/24. This speaks volumes to me that a seller is willing to rectify things asap. I have added a 5 star review because when working properly it's is a good device, sleek looking and helps consolidate 2 controllers and a handful of physical games in a small tidy area. For now my review will be 5 stars and I will update this in the future, good or bad. It's now 04/02/24 and the replacement is working perfectly. Still keeping this at 5 stars :)

After 3 weeks the bearings for the fans are now making an awful noise. Good news is, you can shut the fan off. Giving 3 stars because the controller charging is super convenient, the added stability to the console is great peace of mind, and it does look great. My console is well ventilated and it doesn't seem to get very hot anyway. If you feel you NEED additional cooling, look at other fans.
