Power cord was torn, but works after a tape job. And the R2 button was somehow not attached to the controller. But removing 4 tiny screws I gained access and it snapped into place. It works well. Was a little concerned when it arrived.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Received the console late because it was delivered to the wrong house. Played it one time and now won't work. This was a Christmas gift for my son, now he has no gift. Learned my lesson to never order used again.

I bought this to bring to Europe as PS4 was advertised as unlocked and the price was half of selling price in Europe. The unit works with no problems using only a converter (transformer is not needed as it is already dual voltage - which is not advertised). PS4 games purchased in North America and Europe have been installed and played on the unit with no problems. Only problem is that the 1 year membership purchased in USA does not work in Europe, so lost $50 but still a huge savings. ... show more

So I bought this ps4 it came super early and I got a remote with it but when I took the ps4 out it was super dirty thankfully the ps4 works fine I did have to clean it out and the remote it came with was like someone ate food while using the controller it had to be cleaned and most of the buttons on the remote don't work but before u buy this product just a heads up u will have to clean it ... show more
