It sounds good as hell. I have it hooked to a 400 watt boss amp right now along with 2 ds18 8 inch sealed back midranges an 2 toro 10inch subs an a 9 band equalizer an i love the sound. A couple people told me it sounds real clear and loud so I'm very satisfied with these prv's
