I like the comfort for my knees when doing stretches and yoga poses that require a lengthy time on my knees. When I was younger, kneeling was not ever an issue but with age times have changedI I used it 60 days straight during my initial period of daily 90 minute stretching trying to get some of my mobility (thank you GMB!). The pad does show some lines in it from my heavy use but had not teared to this point about 3 months in and now using about 5x per week. i worry about this and will report back if it comes apart though for now the added comfort placing on top of my yoga mat has made this purchase so worth it. ... show more

I like the thickness of this for when I’m doing the ab roller and other exercises, but my partner seems to think and feel it’s a little too thin. If you have knee problems you might want some thing a little thicker otherwise this is a good standard kneepad

My backside and hands needed more padding than what my yoga mat has for pilates class. I decided to give this pad a try. It seems to work fine if i laid it vertical to the mat instead of horizontally. All in all, I am satisfied with the product.

I thought it would be more red toned pink but it’s more of a cool toned hot pink towards purple or anything else.. Just wish the picture was more accurate, now it doesn’t match my yoga mat as much as I planned.
