This yoga mat makes all the difference. I hate how when you buy a yoga mat it’s thin and you can still feel the ground or the floor through it and it’s hard and there’s no cushion and it causes pain and all of the different movements . Not on this thing! I can take it anywhere outside as long as the ground is flat and have an amazing yoga session. I’m never sore, it hasn’t cracked her bent, and it’s so comfortable that no matter what yoga position you’re doing it has just enough cushion and give to really support you. I would recommend this to anybody who does yoga on a regular basis. Seriously, when I say it will change your entire yoga routine. I mean it. I teach exercise and recently decided to increase the depth of my mat to 1 in. due to bone and joint issues. This mat is perfect! In addition, it doesn’t slide around on the floor. Great stability and comfort on the body. I like it so much, I’m transitioning my attendees!

Toss that yoga mat you've been trying to use and exercise (work your body!) on one of these downright luxurious mats! I can't kneel on a yoga mat without my knees screaming at me. My hips second that and when I drop my weights (oops) it doesn't sound like the house is falling down anymore. It's comfortable, I'm more inclined to USE it than the two yoga mats I was stacking together (that did NOT work well). If you're serious about doing your physical therapy floor work this is the way to go. I was spoiled using the table work at the PT facility, but can I do a bridge on the dining table? Uhhhhh, no. Must comfortable mat ever. Super supportive, keeps pressure off my hands, feet, and bones. I can't feel the floor through it, but yet it has great stability, so isn't squishy.

After hours of research I chose this mat and I love it! It provides a super soft cushion, is a perfect length for my 5'6" body and has absolutely no odor right out of the box. I also love the color which is better than the picture, it's like a kelly green. I use it for floor exercises, not yoga.

This mat was so much better than I originally thought it would be. It felt so good to be on the floor doing some yoga while not thinking of my bones aching on the floor or regular thin mats that I’ve used. The only call out- and I still consider myself to be a yoga newbie, when I was trying to balance on one foot and hug my knee, I thought it was hard to balance because I felt it was a little too squishy so I moved to the floor for this one exercise, but that might’ve been more to do with me not being able to balance at all from the get go- haha.
