I have this hooked to a 20lb tank on the back of my little cabin in a small shelter I built for it and it works great for hot showers. Price is right easy to install. Not sure how long it lasts on a 20lb tank yet but seems like it will get quite a few shower before it will need more propane.

Its easy to assemble, it funtions well, we haven't had any leakage from the us of it, and it warms quickly. However, it does not come with a hose connector for propane tank. Other than that it works well.

Garbage!!!!! This piece of crap DOES NOT give you instant Hot water. It DOESN'T even put out Hot Water. It's turned up as high as it goes and you don't have to use the cold side. Will be getting a refund for sure. DON'T BUY

Rated at about 4.75gpm it's a compact low consumption unit. Uses copper and stainless components. It does come withba vent kit but you'll need a wall thimble and termination kit for proper install. Simple 120v plug for electrical. The touch controls gives you an led readout and up down temp changes by the degree. I'm running this on a home system at 40psi and it's hooked to 20lb tanks in tandom. Pretty impressive how little propane it uses. No standby loss...especially when you turn off the unit completely when not in use. Easy access to internal components. Clean easy install and takes up minimal space.

Good system for a cabin I am renovating . I got the propane setup for use with a propane piping system. I have a 20 gallon propane tank that I fill up once a year and bring to the cabin. It lasts me all year. Before I had a electric water heater but it used up a lot of battery to keep it on - this does not. This is a great point of use system. The listing is advertising it's good for the whole house, however I believe it's only able to meet the demand of 2 or maybe 3 fixtures. The longer the run the colder the water will be at delivery point. You can use it as a point of use system, meaning keep it in the room its delivering. Luckily I have it in the kitchen, which is next to the bathroom. It's just what we need for hot water needs. The supply lines are great but I use copper instead as it's more reliable for long term use. It does not have a TPR valve because it's tankless and does not require one. The water temp is decent but again it's at point of use. My run is only 5 feet to each fixture. It's highly energy efficient as propane is high in btus per gallon. I would say it's a great value for the money but you have to know what you are doing and what you are using it to be effective. If you are getting this to supply a whole house that has 100 ft runs, and a lot of hot water fixtures then that will be a problem. It is only capable of 4.74GPM, or about 4 gallons if you factor in temperature loss for long runs. I would say to really over engineer and ensure constant hot water, then keep it below 3 fixtures and small runs.
