I was a little worried because of some of the reviews but I didn't need to be. All the parts were included as described. I didn't use the water lines, they are nice quality but the inside diameter restricts the flow. I used 3/4" feedlines with reducers and I could not be happier, I had a 20 year old first generation tankless that never really worked right. I wish I would have got this a long time ago. Water is hot, I had to dial it back, my appliances are so happy now. I would not purchase if you want to shower while others use hot water, good for a couple but not a family.

This gas water heater fires up on demand, although in the cold there may be a wait for the warmer water to flow. Designed to be used near where the water is needed, would be more efficient so that the water does not go cold getting to the faucet. Recommended for usability.

Super easy installation. Very Quiet. Once the water is heated to your set temperature it remains constant. My only complaint is there should be a way to change your setting from Celsius to Fahrenheit.

This is the biggest piece of crap I have ever bought. It only works about 20% of the time and when it does it doesn’t work correctly. I’m not allowed to return it so I’m stuck with a POS that doesn’t work right. The instructions are very unhelpful and can’t find an anyone with the manufacturer to talk to about all the issues I have. Don’t waste your money!!!

Installed this in central Florida so it does not need to heat the water from too cold. It is in a 1 bath and kitchen,small unit. It works amazing. Hot as we want. Easy install.

At first it worked great but after a couple months it started to get unpredictable. The temperature is constantly getting hot and then cold during showers. It takes quite a bit of flow to keep it fired up so if Im only using a little bit of hot water it shuts down and the water goes cold until I shut off the water and turn it back on
