The media could not be loaded. Editing to update, it’s now been about 3 months and I love this so much! Bills went down about 100$ and it’s just perfect! I got this about 3/4 weeks ago it’s been installed 3 weeks or so. My dad installed and I was helping. It was easy to install and hook up. The packaging comes with everything basically, you need to hook up. I’m pretty sure we had to buy the shut offs. But either way it’s cheap and works great. I have 5 kids almost 6-11 years old plus 3 adults. So far no problems with it heating and keeping temperatures. It’s quiet and definitely space saving!!! So now I can use the bathroom closet instead of having a big tank taking up all the space. This is the propane not natural gas. Sorry for the long video review but wanted to let people to know some details cause I was hesitant my own self after reading some of the reviews. Questions for will it work or not work cause I was told by Lowe’s a few years ago I need a 9-11gpm for the people I have in household. It’s actually by faucets and the rating they have and how many you have and want running at the same time. So I bought all my fancy faucets (waterfall, rain shower head) etc from Amazon as well and they do take a good bit of water output so I just checked the output and f it, let’s give this a try. My main concerns was the reviews like “I got propane but it won’t work it’s only for natural gas” or “it leaks upon installation or after a few days” I’ve had it for almost 3 weeks and it’s been good to us no leaks nothing. I’d definitely recommend this tankless heater

What a great item for a great price. We have wanted to install one at our place in CA for a long time. It was well boxed, and easy to install, instructions were a little vague, but website gave us the help we needed. We appreciate the savings a heater like this will give us.

Excellence price for the quality and performance of this tankless hot water heater. I had a different brand of tankless water heater and this unit installed right in its place easily. Over all this heater will supply all the hot water needed no matter how much hot water is needed at multiple sources at the same time.

This is a great little water heater. Been running now for 6 month with zero trouble.. bought a used one first to save money but I think someone just stoled parts off it so sent back and just paid a extra 40 bucks got brand new and no issues . Good amount of hot water at 116 temp and shower blowing way more water then needed plus run a sink at same time. Or washer. All you need for single restroom house. Or shop. Buy it you be happy plus easy to use very simple to hook up . All 1/2 pipe thread. 3/4 pipe will have to be refuce to 1/2 inch

This works better than expected and was fairly easy to install. It would have been nice if the inlet and outlets were 3/4" instead of 1/2". There is plenty of hot water even with two taps open and the washer machine going. It gets the shower water plenty hot enough and you have to blend it with cold water to be comfortable. The hot water heater is in the laundry room about 150 feet from the bathroom, so it takes it a few minutes to get up to temperature. I would definitely buy another one. I used regular washer machine hoses to hook it up to the water supply and a couple 1/2' to 3/4' adaptors. I have been using it a couple months now with no problems.

Good quality product; especially for the price. Better than a traditional water heater tank. Always have hot water on demand. Easy to do a self install- just make sure you have all the required tools, connectors, and hoses. Took me a few hours to install but that was because I didn't have all the correct tools and accessories. Be sure to follow instructions but also to open the panel before installation and make sure the digital display is connected. I would purchase again.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to install with thimble kit . Slightly flimsy but works great . Endlessly very hot water ! I would recommend this for a couple with occasional visitors! It’s only 1 month since installation but Very happy with product.
