I have had a Camplux tankless hot water heater for last two years. I had issues with it from day one. Called customer service and they said it was the flow of gas and I needed a new regulator. Really wish I could give this a good review but gotta be real! I bought this unit 9 months ago and have had issues with the water staying hot since day one. The water goes cold approximately 3-5 times during a shower. I have to turn hot water valve off, wait a few minutes then turn it back on and wait for the water to warm to proceed with my shower. After a few minutes water starts getting cold and have to repeat. I have had the propane supply checked - not an issue! Since I installed the unit myself I had a plumber come check it out and all is good with installation and connections! I cannot begin to tell you how aggravating it is to have a head full of soap and have the water turn cold!!! This is very disappointing since all the research I did lead me to believe this would be a good purchase. ... show more

I suggest taking the time to remove the 4 screws holding the front panel- 2 on top and 2 on bottom. The fan plug was not plugged in and of course, the system wouldn't fire up until I discovered that it wasn't, and I connected it. I'm suggesting inspecting the wiring etc. inside.

The heater is good. No issues with taking a long time to start making hot water or temperature fluctuations. But when the power goes out and back on, it shuts off and you have to manually turn it back on. No good when it’s in your attic!
