By far, these are the comfiest period panties I have tried (and I've tried A LOT). At first, I was worried they'd be a little too high rise, but luckily they're totally wearable. Very soft, and they wash well. I will say, the sizing seems to run a teensy, tiny bit big - I probably could've gotten a more snug fit if I'd ordered my usual size (medium), but the sizing chart made me opt for a large instead. The large is fine, just a little loose in the waist. Anyways, these are honestly quite great - I only wish they were a bit less expensive! But I suppose you get what you pay for - all the cheap ones I've tried have been okay, but way less comfy and stretchy.

I ordered these Proof. by Always High Rise Brief, Overnight Absorbency Period Underwear and am happy with them. They are made very well, easy to care for, and seem to have quite a lot of absorbency. These arrived at a particularly fortuitous time, so I was able to get them washed and prepped in time for the heaviest night of my cycle. They were very comfortable to wear overnight and I experienced zero leaks! Regarding the fit, this brand seems to run large (by about one full size) over what I normally wear. I happen to own a pair of these Proofs in the mid-rise cut in 2XL, and those are quite baggy on me. Knowing that, I went against Proof's size chart here (which recommended me a 2XL based on my measurements) and I instead ordered the XL size. The XL size fits me perfectly, and without relying on the fabric's elasticity. I'm happy with the XL size, although I didn't rely on the size chart to make my sizing decision. I would order these again.

A 2XL is my usual size, but these are a little bigger than expected. They cover my backside well and stay in place over my larger tummy. The next size down would have probably fit better. My husband likes the way they fit and think they are fine. These are a nice-looking pair of full coverage briefs in my favorite color during my cycle, black. They are comfortable to wear and look and feel like regular underwear. I had no leaks or other unpleasantries while wearing this brief. These briefs were washed in cold as directed and air dried with no issues such as shrinking, pilling, stretching, or fading. They are very thick in the right place and absorb well to ensure that no leaks occur. It would have been nice if an area on the backside and front side had a thick core, too. Sometimes leaks do occur in those areas, not just at the flow area. The description says that they can be used for over 3 years. We will see how well they last. They work well for my needs, even with them being bigger than anticipated. 5 stars for me!

Period panties are the best. They are seriously superior to tampons or pads or cups. These in particular are comfortable and I've had no problems with leaking even after wearing them all day. I have tried them several times now and feel confident that there will be no leakage with my normal to heavy flow.

Not sure if this is good for extra heavy bleeders as I don’t have heavy periods. They are not your average granny panties because they protect you from menstruating all over while you sleep. The coverage is okay and I feel like the absorbent part could have gone a little bit higher in the back part for us back sleepers. I’m 5’3” 135lbs and a small fit just right. Possibly could have gone up a size but I feel like they’d point is to have them close to your body and not loose fitting. You need to wash them before you use them and only use detergent and not fabric softener it says. I feel like these need to be cleaned with the hottest of waters due to blood soaking up so the whole cold water washing suggestion on the box gets to me. Cold water washes will prolong the quality of the panty but for cleanliness, I’ll stick to hot water washes.

So when these Proof. period panties arrived I thought I’d made a mistake. The material feels like no panties I’ve ever had. They looked too large, and the silky like fabric made me think I wouldn’t like them. I tried them anyway and am so glad I did. These are the most comfortable period panties I’ve ever put on. They didn’t leak at all. The inner lining of the panties is black so you don’t have to see where they are soiled. I have a few other brands of period panties and these are my favorite. I’m going to need a few more pairs.
