I bought this product several months ago and took it as suggested. It seemed to hel. More recently, I bought it again and this time, my body did not want it. I threw up violently several hours after taking it, twice on different days. My advice: only buy this if muscle testing says your body wants it. This is the best probiotic. It is made from human breastmilk. It tastes terrible...but a "dose" can last for 3 to 4 months thus saving you money in the long run.
