Packaging was perfect, but the machine is poorly made. I bought it for my son, gave it to him for his birthday and we tested it out. It broke. return window had closed. Avoid this.

    • the software to use this product doesn't work
I have been trying to use the suggested inscape software for this product for 3 days.. i have watched many YouTube videos on the software trying to get it to work the instructions suck and the software provided doesn't work... don't waste your money on this product... if anyone else has it working please advise..... terrible terrible instructions and provided software..... ... show more
