I bought this product to help with lighting for meetings over the web. They work out really well for this purpose because you get 2 lights, the amount of light is adjustable and they can be connected to external batteries via USB cords or they can be plugged into a power source that allows a USB to be connected, the wall outlet or surge protector. Both tripods are adjustable in height, there is a connector for the top that allows you to angle the lights in any direction. The power cord has buttons that adjust the light from super bright to very low just enough for behind a monitor. There are filters that can be applied to create a different lighting affect. There are 2 lights in the package. The only drawback is the height of the tripods, they must be placed on a table or stand because they are only 1 foot high, but they are sturdy. I wish the tripods were higher it would be more universal. I really like these lights, I've used them for a couple of online interviews and they worked without any problems.     • These tripods are GENIUS!
I was looking for lights that could collapse down really small, and these perfectly hit the mark. These things get TINY! I somehow missed this before purchasing them, but NOT ONLY do the tripods detach into two pieces and collapse, but the two pieces slide into each other, making the tripods foldable to like one six inch long tube. It's a phenomenal design! I wish the legs were a tad stiffer, but they don't really need to be seeing as the lights are so light. ... show more

These are great for content creators. I have the expensive elgato ring light at my primary station, but that thing isn't NOT portable. If I want to record a video or hop onto a zoom meeting where I am expected to look decent, I take out these lights and plug them into a 20,000mah battery pack I have. They are light and portable and the fact that they have stands makes them usable in a lot of places my clamp on elgato ring light cant. This is bright enough to combat some pretty extreme daylight in my home and on their maximum brightness they are JUST reaching that point where they are too bright for my eyes to handle. I dont have a need for the colored lens covers, but I tested the red on and could see that being a cool accent light off to the back blurred by a good camera lens or maybe off camera pointing to the background or a wall for accent lighting. I dont know how accurate my battery pack is but it read 2 amps with 1 powered on max, and 3.3 amps with both on max- its possible my battery limits output with both installed. My one even better if for future revisions would be a taller stand. They are plenty for getting over a laptop screen but not a desktop monitor. They would need to go on the sides of a desktop monitor. ... show more

These lights are bright , adjustable brightness . I have tried using fill flash with the camera and it never seemed to do as wanted . Comes with a set of two Lights , Two collapsible tripods , Two adapters to adjust light angle , 8 color filters, 2 each: Red,white, blue , yellow that fit within the lights . Powered with a USB Cord . I used a cell phone power bank to power the lights , worked well . For close photography , shadow reduction and non professional use this is a good package at a modest price. After inititial testing looking forward to going out side for experimentation with photo shots that have been troublesome due to shadows and lighting issues. ... show more

These lights are made of light plastic material, not heavy duty stuff but very light weight. They’re very bright (66 little LED lights) and have bright/dim adjustment settings (with Power button). The cable is a bit over 6 feet long. You will need a couple of USB Outlets such as a phone charger or portable battery to plug these lights to. Comes with two plastic, tiltable stands.
