The cap came with a crack where the wires connect. Doesn't effect anything. I should get it replaced by amazon I suppose. Has been an excellent distributor right out of the box. Looked at the various ones for weeks. Then just went with the sure thing (MSD) and have been very pleased with it.

    • It is not a mechanical locked out unit
It says mechanical lockout but it is not. The vacuum is locked out but it has mechanical advance springs and weights. A bit misleading. I can make a mechanical lock out plate or buy one. Found that the mechanical lockout is 22 degrees with supplied springs and weights.

I’m a little disappointed it didn’t come with curve springs….come on, they cost next to nothing and now I gotta go hunt some down.
