Kits are available for small block and big block applications and each kit includes an electronic distributor with high performance advance curve, electronic control unit, wiring harness, ballast resistor and detailed installation instructions. They are ideal for mildly modified performance engines turning up to 7,500 RPM.

This is a follow up for the people that are too ignorant to understand that the 440–426 does not specify what motor it is for but rather pro-forms part number 440-428 is for an R/RB motor.

Description of this item is wrong and this distributor will not fit an RB block (426-440) as it is the short type. This is probably for B motors (361/383/400). I received it and it will not fit my 1970 Cuda 440 as it is too short. Have no use for it now.

I don’t like how the pickup in the distributor is off from the rotor contacting the cap….also think the ignition box is garbage

This will only fit the LA Motors. It will not fit a a B or RA motor.
